I brought in my two dogs, Beignet and Strudel, completely overgrown and shaggy. They walked out looking like pristine show dogs not a single stray hair out of place. What stood out the most was their unparalleled compassion and tailored handling! I was so worried at first since my older dog Beignet has severe medical issues including being completely immobile. Thankfully, there was no need for me to worry at all as he was in the right hands here! A huge, heartfelt shoutout to Catherine, who went above and beyond with him. She took extra time, stayed mindful of his physical limits to ensure he was never over extended or in pain, and treated him with pure gentleness and dignity.
