What I really liked is how she had it blend from my roots, which was a good call since I wanted to minimize the amount of damage already and to have something more low maintenance. Overall, I am so, so, so very happy to have gone to her. I actually had a lot of compliments about my hair from my clients, coworkers, and family members. And it feels pretty great since I have never done anything drastic to my hair. And when it went wrong the first time with someone else, Lianne really pulled through for me by fixing it.

She was flexible with my schedule as I work weekdays 8-5pm and am based in Fresno. My appointment wasn't until 530 but I was running a bit late and didn't get there till 6. She had just finished her prior client and took me in. I wasn't sure of exactly what I wanted, just an idea. Emiray was patient and helpful in trying to help me figure it out. The whole process was relaxing and it took me 2 hours for this first session (which I thought turned out great already). I'll be waiting 2 months after to get my retouch with Emiray! I planned to call the salon the day of to confirm the appointment and to pay for the services via over the phone or through their app. The salon says their business opens at 9:00 am. I called from 9:00-9:45 am multiple time and it went straight to voicemail. I even texted the phone number and still have not received any response. When my mom got there, the front desk informed her that the masseuse did not show up. They even tried calling the masseuse and weren't able to make no contact. Very disappointing. The front desk was apologetic, rescheduled her, and told her she would get 20 percent off for her next appt, which I already paid for online. Our experience with this salon was that it's very unorganized and a total waste of time. I definitely would not recommend as I found my experience with them to be very unprofessional and their online booking system and phone seems to not work properly!

I've been obsessed with the new hair trend called ombre - tonal color from light to dark or dark to…read morelight but was unable to find anyone in Vegas to do it. I had met Lourdes & Irma at a trade show last year and kept their card. I called & made an appointment with Irma. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and the color spectrum (shades of pink to burgundy with gold highlights intertwined). IT IS AMAZING! It's 5 days later - and I still cannot stop looking at my hair. Not only did she do the ombre, she blended it so there is a 'natural' transition between the colors. The ombre look (see photos) can be used with most any color combo. I chose pink to burgundy but I think for fall and winter I might do orange to brown. Irma was extremely professional and patient with me. She kept me involved thought each step of the process & Kept me laughing the whole time. Once I returned to Vegas, I've had at least 8 people ask me where I got it done & when I told them, they all said it would be worth the drive. I'm going back for a touch up in September and will be scheduling a mani/pedi with Lourdes while I'm there. I cannot say enough about how much I love my hair. Another thing I love about this shop is that it is locally owned. Shop Local keeps money in the community.
