My grandmother had used this hospice. They have decided to kick her out of hospice. According to…read morethem she has not declined in health. Which is crazy to me. She has become so much worse and we have text messages from their nurses to different family members telling us she has 6 months to a year if that. My poor grandma had become to think of her nurses as friends or family. Then they show up and randomly say they'll bring a social worker by and kick her off. It is absolutely disgusting to me. I e seen the way they got rid of the best nurse that served our area. (I'll keep that opinion to myself) all that matters is , if you care for your family member don't rely on these people to be there up til your loved ones final day. Instead they come around and then drop an elderly patient with no warning. Now not only do we need to find another way to help my grandma. We have to watch her be sad about not seeing the nurses she became to care so much about. I wouldn't recommend Thema to anyone who actually cares about the outcome of your loved ones end of life. They hang around until the near end. The way i feel is my grandma didn't die fast enough for them. There were times i questioned the level of care that the I shall call "salesman" that comes to initial visit advertised. However there had been emergencies and even following the procedure given to us we never did get the same day visit that we were told about in the beginning. Other issues also came up but because with having failmiky near by my grandma wasn't hurt. Now, i feel as though I should have spoke up sooner. So far no names have been mentioned. I guess I'll wait and see how the next few weeks go. At this point i feel as though i wouldn't use these folks to be in charge of my dogs final days Although i am an animal lover, I bet they wouldn't treat it with a shred of decency. Not sure if this all comes down to a dollar or what? Maybe they aren't getting enough money from caring for her. Who knows. But what i do know is every single complaint i have had will be made now. Treating an old lady like this is disgusting and just sad!

They have been so great. She makes sure if she is gone that Jill, Frank or Kevin are there to help. Chaplain roof. My mother is Catholic they got with the church the father came out did his prayers weren't with her everything perfect because Allison really works to help the people she's caring for. Allison is such a wonderful nurse, she gets things done fast. I was so afraid to have HOSPIS because I just new it was because my mom is really dieing. But she is. Allison has moved fast to get what my mom needs, get the right people in when I need them. It is so hard to pick a good health care provider to help take care of your loved ones.
