They are willing to stake their name on it, which means they are confident in their assessment, treatment, and outcomes Location is easy to get to, ample parking, and the waiting room is quiet, calm with a professional, kind, and knowledgeable staff. She's very humble, but I I have saved the best for last because I know she's very humble, but I would be remiss not to mention Dr. Sairya. I have never been to a doctor so caring, so thorough, and kind. We talked over my various symptoms and she ordered a panel of tests which which identified the culprit. She then had the whole picture and began our regimen of recovering out of an acute phase of a yes damn my aim well-being patient log She tested again to determine the accuracy of that number, and it did show up again the same way so then she was able to make a plan to treat me. This kind of diagnosis is chronic, so there's no curing it. The fact that there is a physician of her caliber gives me great confidence that my condition will be managed so that I will have a better quality of life. I received conflicting information from different providers and staff members regarding my treatment plan. Over the period two physician assistants offered contradictory recommendations, a staff nurse provided guidance that conflicted with the PA's instructions. When I sought clarification, my questions were not adequately addressed, and I was unable to obtain clear, consistent guidance regarding my care. I also attempted to raise concerns through the patient portal, but those efforts proved frustrating and unproductive. In some instances, the information provided appeared inconsistent with FDA recommendations. I was never given the opportunity to discuss these concerns directly with Dr. Shanahan. In fact, after my initial visit, I never saw him again. Rather than addressing my concerns, I ultimately received a letter from Dr. Shanahan terminating the physician-patient relationship. Based on my experience, the quality of communication, continuity of care, and patient support declined significantly during my years with the practice and fell well below the standard of care I had come to expect.

I knew I needed professional care - just in case the object was stuck in the inner ear. The clinic opened promptly at 8am as advertised and I was the 3rd one seen. The nurse, then doctor Nate, examined my ear and agreed the nurse would irrigate it. This was done at once. They found no evidence of any object in my ear. I thanked both people for their excellent, friendly, swift care. After church, back home, I found the missing object stuck in the bathroom sink drain, and sent a mss to the nurse and Nate letting them know and thanking them once again. I have had many medical encounters, and this was among the BEST in my 82 years. I hope my review will be shared with all wanting to know more about this kind, efficient and caring venue. There were two people waiting when I came in.And they were both taken within ten minutes of my arriving. More people came in and were taken back while I sat there and waited. Half hour after my appointment time, I went to the counter to let them know that I was unable to wait any longer because I had another appointment to get to. The person at the counter said that the online check in doesn't work.And that they could take me at that time. Unfortunately, since I had given them as much time as I could.I was not able to get my blood work done there.I will be rebooking in a different location. It seems to me that if the location knows that they're online check in system is not working.And they see someone sitting in their waiting room for forty five minutes unattended that perhaps they should check in and see if perhaps that person did the online check in. This was an unsatisfactory experience and I will avoid this facility.

Now I know up front exactly how much labs and everything is going to cost, and it's all been very reasonable. Dr Hampe is such a breath of fresh air. She listens and is genuinely interested in me and my care. I am thoroughly impressed by her breadth of knowledge and just how many routine procedures she can do in office, that typically in the past would have required visits to multiple practices. I am able to communicate by text through an app anytime and the office is always timely with a reply. They are always able to get me in to the office if needed, or a phone visit if that's all that's needed. I finally feel like I'm able to prioritize my health because Dr Hampe and the rest of the ladies are so kind and capable. This is for the clinic portion on Medicine Circle off Trent. This area is much easier to manage…read morethan the main hospital. It's color coded and there's plenty of parking. You do have to walk across the indoor bridge to get there unless you valet park. They charge $2 an hour for parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is done with an arm bracelet for things such as lab or testing. I had an appointment with neuromuscular department. The physicians and therapists are excellent. They're very thorough and up to date on current medicines and trials. The EMG center is in the same clinic so it's super convenient. Being part of the Duke portal is convenient for Atrium Wake Forest and Cone Health because all testing is visible and they can also see visit notes from the doctors. It makes it possible to see providers from different networks and not having to bring in or sign for your records to be shared. The facility is massive and the color system makes it easy to find your way. There are several labs so you don't have to walk a mile to get to one. Most walk in tests can accommodate with minimal waiting. It's about a quarter mile walk from the parking garage to the clinics so wear comfy shoes or walking device. You will have a lot of walking to do and there's limited seating in the main corridors.

We drive…read morealmost an hour and a half to see her and we've never felt like we were rushed out the door for a 15 minute appointment which is pretty typical in doctor's offices these days. In fact, it's really back to the old school way of family medicine. Where she listens to what sort of problems you may be having and then treats you with your comments in mind. That's what medicine is about. Reminds me of a line in the hippocratic oath: "...I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability. My responsibility includes these related problems, if I am to care adequately for the sick." This practice does treat you like a sick human being. And you just can't go wrong with that these days when other institutions treat you like a cog in a manufacturing factory.
