They have different scents for you to choose from that they put in the water to soak your feet, and the scrub and mask for your feet has matching scents as well. Abby and Michaela provide excellent facials and waxing. Diana does my eye brow and eye lash tint. I have had some challenges with my hair, but I am confident Wendy will be someone who becomes my permanent hair stylist. I was in search of a new salon and stylist and came across The Haven. Went in for a haircut and added eyebrow wax and Kamree did an amazing job. I spent my birthday morning at Haven Day Spa, and it truly felt like a little slice of heaven. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and it was the perfect way to start a special day. I started with a facial from Abby, which was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. After that, Kamree did my hair and I absolutely loved how it turned out. I also got a manicure and pedicure with Maddy, who did such a great job and made the experience even more enjoyable. Tried this salon a year ago. I was the only one there. As there was only one stylist the whole time I was there. I felt like it was a big cavernous place with not much going on. I was encouraged to buy certain products for my hair but the cut wasn't good enough that I've ever been back and the products are too heavy for my hair. read more

This is a day spa. NOT a salon. Do not go here if you are looking to keep hair healthy. Keep in mind, I loved my stylist. She was extremely kind and I think this salon would work extremely well with basic hair problems. Ex: kids highlights, blowout, haircut. This was my first time at this salon. I previously had ginger color in my hair which I absolutely loved and my overall end goal was to go back to my natural blonde for less monthly maintenance and to focus on wearing my natural curls vs styling. I just moved here and decided to try this salon out instead of flying back to my regular salon. We did a consultation two weeks before doing my hair. The stylist connected with MULTIPLE stylists in the salon to make sure what she was planning was correct. I relayed how if it was unattainable without completely damaging my hair I'd rather just stick with my dyed color and go blonde at another time. After the consultation and relaying my hair would be okay, we booked for 2 weeks ahead. Day of the appointment we did back to back foils which she said because of the level of developer it wouldn't extremely damage my hair it would just be dry for a little bit. I've been dying my hair since I was 14 so I know the feeling of dry hair after bleach and was not concerned. It took 9 hours for the bleach process that day. The day after, my hair was INCREDIBLY dry and falling out which I didn't think much of it and started doing daily hair masks or hair oil like a mask in my hair to add moisture. I continued that process for a month. It has been one month since I got my hair done and I have not been able to wear it down due to the extreme damage taken place that day. Example: When my hair is dry, if I sit on a chair my hair will break off on the back of the chair. I have lost over 50% of my hair. I have not added heat, I have not blow dried, I have been religiously trying to maintain moisture in my hair but it is SO damaged my hair is ruined. I called in at the 3 week mark asking for advice since this has never happened when my hair was bleached and the only advice they could give me was to come in and get my hair cut and there was nothing else they could do... My goal walking in was to keep my hair healthy on some level without having to cut it and I PREVIOUSLY told every stylist that got pulled over how if its not possible without extremely damaging my hair I would prefer to not bleach it and just wait. My hair is ruined. I wish they were honest with their capabilities as a salon. I would have not worked with them at all and flown back to my regular salon out of state. At least I would have been able to wear my hair down at ALL without it breaking from a thick collar sweater, a chair I rest my hair on, or anything that puts pressure on my hair. I feel extremely insecure with my hair or any comments or questions anyone asks me about it since I dyed it. I am currently working with my old salon for options to keep my hair down to my back and NOT having to cut it all off to my shoulders. Hair is EVERYTHING. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SALON. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO KEEP YOUR HAIR HEALTHY. read more

Had a great gel manicure, but upon coming home, I realized that my gel pedicure didn't look good. My toenails are barely covered by nail polish, and it looks like it was rushed. Sad because the gel pedicure was pretty expensive and it only looks good from far away. I wouldn't come back here for a pedicure. read more
