Needless to say we told them we were done. Apparently we were suppose to send in a formal email and we didn't . So now they want their money for the past four months. Don't care we weren't getting monitored. Wouldn't drop it even though we were no longer being monitored by them. Now have turned it over to collections for there $130 that we owe them for a service we were NOT receiving . Yesterday the alarm went off and even went to a second level I had fallen and could have used some help getting up. Never heard from them. I had twice before when the alarm was accidentally set off. No call then either. So from the beginning of february to present there was no monitoring done, I was not hooked up.
