The $20 torch worked ok the first and second day, then never again. Ironically the return policy is I think next day, could be same day, and allows for exchanges only. Thankfully my bank reversed the charges. I'll miss the kind service but I won't be back and with all I spend I'm sure I'll find another shop with better warranty (and products that work).
