I came in here and bought a $20 pipe just to use for a couple of days I went to load it and it cracked in half brand new pipe. It must've had a chip or a hairline crack in it to begin with anyway I came over and introduced myself as the guy who came over the other day. Nobody remembered me. I showed him what it happened And I guess it's the manager look me right in the face and told me I can't replace a broken pipe I tried to explain to him. It's never been used. I went to try and load it and it cracked in half and he just told me sorry can't replace a broken pipe. I've been in Customer Service my entire life over 30 years. If I sold someone something that was brand new never been used and it broke the first time they tried to use it. I would replace that, that's just good business granted it's only $20 but it's the principal. I suggest finding another smoke shop on the island, I travel back-and-forth regularly at least five times a year to Kona I will never come back to the shop again, extremely poor Customer Service and a poor attitude . read more

I understand everyone has to make a profit, but their prices are outrageous. I really like Island Prince Cigars, made in Kauai, but I can buy them from Kauai and have them Fed Exed over night to Louisiana, for about half the cost of buying them in this store. Ouch. read more

This place is for sure the worst place to buy weed accessories , ooops they don't like when you call a bong or weed , you MUST call it a water pipe or low key tobacco products or they will kick you out literally . Owner and employees are rude and don't treat locals with respect, instead of asking you not to use your phone they yell and tell you get the f...k out and talk down on you as if they where from here and have no respect for customers . Stay away from this place, its overpriced and employees have no clue on how to run a business . Better to go to conscious riddims or any other place that are professionals and treat their customers with respect and treat locals as how. read more

The employees at the Kona store treat me like a vagrant .As I walked in today I bought something at the register.I had just pulled some money from ATM and remembered my paycheck was very good and had some extra money .I had broken my girls glass last week so was gunna buy something for her .Grabbed a drink was asked what I was up to .Told the guy I was browsing a.He literally escorts me to the register ..????? They sell BROKEN, cheap products and sell it for 10x profit. If something breaks the first time you use it, they won't exchange it or anything. Been here about 5xs for a broken torch, lighter or glass that I only used ONCE because it broke. And they won't do anything. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO TO CLOUD 9 OR CONSCIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is so overpriced. The same bongs, vapes, and tobacco itself you'd find at other places, they charge at least 10.00 more to sometimes double the price. I wouldn't mind a few dollars more to support a local shop but it's pretty outrageous. The locals who work in the Kona location are very nice, make you feel like you've know them already. I'm a local who shops here all the time and everything was fine as long as nothing went wrong. HOWEVER my hubby and I went in one day and bought a $40 water pipe, nothing fancy but something that would do for our visitors. The water pipe started leaking after 12 days to the point where it was not usable. I called the store and asked them if they would replace it or help me out since it hadn't even been two weeks since I purchased it. The manager literally told me it wasn't worth his $20 loss to cover my broken water pipe even though I and my friends have spent $100s at this place!! Seriously the WORST freaking service.
