James and Jenna were exactly on time for the estimate appointment (again, often not the case here on Big Island!). During the estimate, they walked the property with us and took the time to learn about what we wanted and needed and shared their insights on how best to do what we wanted. I felt confident that, when they came to do the actual service, they'd they do an excellent job and they did. Really meticulous and thorough. They brought out the weed wacker in sections that the mower could not reach which gave our previously unruly property a neat, manicured look when they were done.
