I was happy to learn that Ashton had landscape construction knowledge, and had worked with the wholesale nursery before, and had the equipment and crew to get the whole project done. Most importantly, they were willing to take it on, even with scheduling picking up and delivering the mature tree from Hilo. It was impressive to watch it all happen. Because my yard is solid bluestone under a few inches of dirt, two machines were brought in to excavate a 3 foot deep, 5 foot diameter hole. Then the 85 gallon tree was delivered, and with entire crew involved, the tree was artfully maneuvered into place and planted. The tree is healthy and happy and I am enjoying the much needed shade.
