Whenever we're on Oahu we quickly book our massage at this Hawai'i Massage Clinic. You can request a licensed masseur or a student. The rates for the student are discounted. I usually sign up for the 90 minute massage. They are located in Waikiki but there's a parking garage located next to the clinic. It can get hectic in there. I would definitely give yourself plenty of extra time to get there. Once you are in the building you are required to sign in with security. It's pretty simple and no frills. I've never had a bad massage. The masseurs are all Japanese and very talented. I definitely would recommend it.

    Clean and comfy!

Massage by students in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii... Always on the lookout for reasonably priced massages, Irene and I have tried many places together. Our next adventure was Hawaii Massage Clinic. Located on the 7th floor of the Seaside Commercial Center, enter the building from Lau'ula Street. I called for an appointment, but they answered by text. I was directed to their website to make the appointment. The fee was stated as $64 for 90 minutes. It's $56 if you are kama'aina. Hawaii State ID will be required. A confirmation text was received, as well as a reminder text to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment to complete paperwork. I paid upfront by credit card... tax was included in the price. We tipped in cash before leaving. The students were very polite and professional. We were asked if we would allow our feet and head to be touched. Sure! We were escorted to the 6th floor where there are more rooms! We were separated by thick curtains that reminded me of the type that are used in hospitals! We started face down. They were very generous with the body oil and used lomilomi techniques. I was surprised that my student (Eden) was so strong for her petite stature! She was very respectful and covered the body parts that were finished. She covered my eyes with a towel when I was face up. Overall, the massage was very thorough (scalp, back, legs, arms, neck, shoulders, etc.) and I look forward to returning!

Lomi lomi over here... As the self care industry grows so does the need to find the place that gives you that much needed place where you can feel at ease to destress and take away all the adulting issues and you can find that here at Hawaii Massage Clinic. Thank you to Nadine C who found this place in Waikiki...Seaside Commercial Center to be exact as it's a tiny old building almost lost amongst the huge neighbors as it's right across Ross's and behind Waikiki Shopping Plaza and they're on the 7th floor. As we walked in instantly we were greeted by the friendliest staff and getting here early is respected as you need to fill in simple and easy questions and are asked to pay your sessions upfront as we had student rates which is insanely reasonable at $64 for 90 minutes with additional discount for kama'aina is nice that they do take care of the locals with these special prices. The staff are extremely polite asking all questions before you start to clarify the type of service reserved along with materials they use and massage pressure desired is so nice and reassuring to which we were taken to a room on another floor as they have several in other rooms as well is nice so that there aren't that many along with others so you do feel the sense of privacy though this dated building isn't quite sound proof as I do hear the traffic going by along with airplanes zooming which really didn't bother me as this city girl already was in bliss as soon as the session started. The lights did stay on but they do cover your eyes with a towel that's probably my only down side but with prices and services like this it's all gravy as I felt like jello though she asked what areas to work on I said shoulder which she didn't do and didn't massage my scalp which she said was gonna do didn't get that either the pressure she gave me was impressive considering how tiny she was. Absolutely recommend as quality service with friendly staff at prices like this got me beyond happy and thank you Nadine for this lovely and relaxing day. Thank you!

My go to place when me and my Ohana come and stay in Waikiki..clinic comes with both students and professionals..I won the 50 percent off giveaway for neck and shoulders..so of course I had to get my 1 hour massage..May was amazing..not only she did my neck a shoulders that i originally went there for ..she did my whole body and more..usually I would tell them to pay attention to my hip and legs below area..but I'm glad to do the shoulder and neck cause it was amazing..she even massage my chest..and pelvics area..even my stomach which I hope she made it so my belly will come flat..lol the room was so quite..like it blocked out the sound of busy waikiki..played with beautiful Hawaiian music..may kept the area clean before and right after my session..highly recommend for anyone to get their massage here..

Such a wonderful experience. My daughter and I were able to book our appointment online. When we got there we were met by our masseuses and they were so kind. The massages were amazing and just what we needed after flying in. We would definitely recommend going here. If we ever are in town again we will be back.

Great little massage school in Waikīkī across of Ross and above Musubi. I parked across at Ross and bought $10 worth of stuff to get validated parking. My massage therapist was Yuzu and she was so great! I got the one hour massage. I don't have any back issues so I just did a regular full body. I just came back from a trip and these massages after a long flight back to the Hawaiian Kingdom are a must! Thankful my friend recommended this place to me. I will be back! Thank you so much Yuzu!

I cannot believe the negative reviews here. Granted, it's not a fancy spa so the massage tables aren't closed and private. Your next door neighbor is covered regardless by a curtain. Tip: They don't have students on weekends. Also, the clinic is located on the 7th floor. My masseuse was Tomoyo. She was AMAZING. Her hands, I swear, had warmth and energy to them that activated the oils. She was perfect and listened to my body's every need. She was incredible! I would follow her everywhere I went, but I don't live in Hawaii.

    Is there parking?

There is only street parking if you're lucky or have the patience to search in the Ala Wai and walk to the clinic OR I usually will park in the Ross parking lot, buy a cheap product and have my ticket validated.

Came during covid for a couple's massage and everything felt clean and sanitized. There was a small form to fill out on the bed in terms of what kind of massage you're looking to get. They're located on the 2nd floor closer to the best buy end of the shopping center. I parked downstairs under the covered parking and that place always confuses me on what stalls are free to park and which are reserved. There were lots of ample parking stalls on the 2nd floor. The masseuses had just the right amount of pressure for me, i don't need deep tissue, but it was night and firm across my back, they also did some light neck massage and some foot massage as well. One thing i wish was that there wasn't a divider between the two tables. Their prices are super reasonable and I felt nice and relaxed after. I'm definitely coming here the next time i'm in need of a massage

I use to see Wendell over 5 years ago and when I was about to leave the island, he was about to graduate from Elite academy. So I wasn't sure if I would ever see him again since there's tons of places that offers massage. Luckily for me, he stayed with Elite and I booked a 90 mins massage with him. Since Ward Warehouse closed down, they have moved to this new location in the Nimitz shopping center. They are on the second floor, above AAA, towards the beginning of the shopping center if you are coming from Costco's direction. Once up the stairs, they are on the right side. The door looks like it's for utilities or something but there is a sign that says Elite Massage. The inside is very tasteful in decor. Very nice wood flooring and trim. The massage areas are bigger than what was at Ward but still doesn't have any doors, just curtains to separate the different treatment areas. I think there's about 4 massage tables. There's a central sound system. I've gone twice during my week and a half stay and it was just awesome! The location is pretty convenient too bcs I Nicos is across the street for a quick lunch and then Costco is just a few blocks away. Could get a lot done in one afternoon.

But it's a no frills, traditional shiatsu massage by talented specialists so just make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. It's in an open space, fully clothed (so where loose comfortable clothing; not jeans etc) with no oil. It's targeted pressure points and not oiled like Swedish or Thai massages. They focus on the areas you escalate to them versus a full body massage. I saw both Kieko and Aya. I'd recommend both. Keiko for more precise pressure points and Aya for stronger broader technique. Both are attentive and focus on problematic areas you raise to them and will adapt their session with an intention to address that targeted area. Both genuinely seemed to care about my improvement and provide advise for after their session. Hope this place continues to do well.

But when I have a specific issue or pain that I hope shiatsu can help with, I come to Aisen. Of course, there's some overlap between the two types of massage. You can get shiatsu for tight muscles, relaxation, or stress relief. But where shiatsu really shines is when areas of my body are in need of healing. Clients remain fully clothed, and the shared treatment room is divided into separate areas by soft futons on a padded floor, each with a face rest similar to those on massage tables. Aisen has both male and female therapists, and in my experience, all are qualified professionals. That said, you may still like one therapist more than another, depending on your own preferences. Many sessions are conducted in silence, with only occasional quiet exchanges. Some clients, though, seem comfortable with therapists who engage more actively in conversation. Although I've been coming here for years, this morning was only my second treatment with one of the therapists there -- both times for specific issues. I like this person's thoroughness and pressure. And like the others I've seen here, the focus is on the whole body, not just the parts that ache. I made a follow-up appointment with this therapist.

It was a Sunday and I was looking for massage schools (students charge less and so the same job most of the time) and it was last minute. I looked on Yelp and found a few schools and massage places as well, but most are closed on a Sunday! If they were open, they didn't take a late appointment except for this school. I was so excited for a massage and then come home to relax for the end of the day is such an exceptional thing to do. Ashley was kind, her fingers were so strong and the pressure she had was perfect. She asked several times if I needed more pressure but because my body is so tight, I just figured a lighter pressure was perfect for now. I'm not sure if the massage was partly massage and partly reiki. The place was big and at the perfect temperature. Everything smelled clean and it was fresh. I chose to invest in my bodies well being by visiting the "Quantum School of Massage and holistic healing" I was paired with Bryce as my Senior Student Massage Therapist. Our session started off with a quick consultation (body check-in) that would give him an idea of where to focus and any sensitivities; he asked me a few necessary questions and gave me the opportunity to share then invited me to dress down to my comfortability and get ready for a massage. About Bryce: Bryce was a very attentive and thorough therapist with steady energy that helped me feel comfortable in his hands. He verbally checked in a decent amount without asking too many things during our session which really allowed me the space to relax; he checked on pressure and I invited him to apply more and he adjusted perfectly. As someone who regularly gets massages it's always a great sign to me when you feel the therapist being really present and feeling into your body's reactions and slowing down or surrendering a certain part of the protocol in order to prioritize what your body is communicating and I was pleased to notice Bryce making these adjustments really naturally. I'd definitely recommend Bryce and would go back to him myself for a massage! Mahalo Nui Loa Bryce. Best wishes on your journey. About QSMHH, Booking was really easy go online or call, the environment was really calming as they played frequencies which standing alone have a ton of benefits but paired with a relaxing massage really create a beautiful space. The rooms are kind of created out of room dividers so if you're a person that needs lots of privacy to feel comfortable this might not be the place but it was overall pretty well laid out and personally I'd go back again. Student massages are $45 but bring extra cash to tip the massage therapist. Unfortunately there will be no student massages here until around June 2026 from what I hear. I always really enjoy supporting the journey of the up and coming massage therapist in training so that wasn't my favorite news. I did hear from the lovely woman at the front that there will be some returning licensed students to offset the transition; more expensive per massage so that's something to keep in mind. Also regarding parking, I visited on a Sunday so parking was easy right in front in the visitor section no charge, can't speak for the other days of the week though. Overall, Hope you give this place a try, Thanks so much QSMHH! Peace, until next time.

A massage is always a topic at work and when mentioned one day a friend told me that I had to go to Nori Kohana Massage Therapy and the enthusiasm she gave about this place already had me excited as she describes her sessions and experiences here is always so amazing. Since I needed to book two separate sessions I decided to give them a call to make it easier to find though you're still able to do so at your own leisure online is nice so that you're able to see what's available without the pressure to book a session on the spot. Located in the Enchanted Lake area in Kailua on Keolu Drive it's very easy to miss as they're tucked in the tiny corner in a tiny shopping area right across from McDonald's as I drove by a couple times before realizing where it is lol! Though they do have free parking it is shared with a few other biz it can fill up quite fast and since it's a dead end parking it can get tricky but let me tell you it's so worth it. What's unique about this place is that you're able to book session with a beginner intern to a licensed therapist and what's better than having someone who has a passion to work on this precious gift which heals and gives relief to someone that needs it so desperately. I walked in to check in and loved the decor of the place which gave it a slight beachy vibe and various healing merchandises is so nice and comforting, I was immediately taken to my room which was very nice and so calming as the therapist was very nice as she asked my problem area and what I wanted to focus on along with the pressure that I'm comfortable with was so nice and just relaxing. Loved my massage and the relief that it had given me as I felt myself falling asleep several times tells you how relaxed I was and that is something worth escaping to. Thank you!
