We had seen Refle Massage on Groupon and right when I was about to book it, I saw there were even better specials on their website. I called and reserved two massages for a Friday morning. It's a little strange that their business is on the sixth floor of a business complex, but don't let that deter you! Everyone working there was incredibly kind from booking, to check-in, to payment. I've had a few massages here, and each therapist focuses in on the pressure points of the body, while mixing in Lomi Lomi which is a very relaxing style of Massage. It's an incredible massage, and quite different from your traditional deep tissue massage that you might get at the Myriad of other massage locations on Oahu. All of the therapists are Japanese with massage licenses (you can see the long list of licenses on their reception area eall) and the spa itself is exactly what you would expect with courtesy, elegance, quality, and a top-notch experience. The spa is very clean, and the massage beds are very comfortable. Many Japanese tourists seem to come here, but they are attracting locals with a very excellent, kama aina discount, which is just about the same rate that others are charging, for less experienced and unlicensed therapists. Located on the 6th floor at the Bank of America building in Waikiki at the corner of Beach Walk, you park at the Bank of America building. Take the ticket when you drive in, and after your massage they will validate your parking so that there's no charge to you. Great Massage in a clean and inviting environment. Came here for a massage for our wedding anniversary staycation and had an awesome experience. Our massage therapists were professional and friendly. We got the 75 minute Lomi Lomi, shiatsu, and oil reflexology massage package. Both my wife and I enjoyed every minute of it. I thought all three techniques complemented each other perfectly. My massage therapist was Miwako, who was great with her hands and was also soooo sweet and kind. I got 60 minutes of Lomi Lomi & Oil Reflexology (30 min whole body Lomi Lomi massage + 30 min of oil reflexology on feet). The massage actually felt a bit longer than 60 minutes, and I was so relaxed and dozed off a couple times. The pressure on my muscles was just right, strong and deep but not too heavy/painful or too light. Miwako massaged all over my back, top of my shoulders, arms, legs, hands, feet, and head (back and front). It was a great first-time massage for me, and the price was very reasonable (it was 30% off, so the cost was $68 for 1 hour--great deal! I gave a big tip too--please do tip well). read more

Most of the staff there are Japanese and good for Japanese tourists. The whole experience starts with 10-minute consultation, 5 minute foot bath and main course. The staff are friendly, considerate and polite. The shop atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The salon space is not that huge and comfortable. I always recommend Japanese tourists/hotel guests to this salon if they like to go to a spa with Japanese speaking staff. After the session, you can pick the flavor of the Tazo teas they have. The prices are reasonable. They give you 20% OFF if you bring a coupon in one of the Japanese free street papers. read more

I booked it and it was incredible. The rooms are decorated just like the pictures and there was beautiful Hawaiian music playing throughout.
