They used to charge $1.50 per mile, but as of this weekend- they've raised their rates to $4 per mile! What normally would have cost me $15-$20 from get from downtown to my home now costs me $35-$40. I wont be using this service anymore as a result.

I don't know if it was an honest mistake or someone "forgot" to tell us about the extra fees, but it seriously screwed up our day and as far as I'm concerned is pretty shady.
