Dad had "fixed" the connection and it was frozen in place to the point I wasn't strong enough to get the nut off. I had a water leak at the floor level I couldn't stop. I had to turn the water off at the curb. It was late Friday and I was at my wits end! I sent my request to him and he got back to me within 10-15 minutes! Wow, on the mainland I was used to waiting DAYS! He asked if I could take a picture of the problem so he could pick up the right replacement parts. Within 30 minutes I had an appointment for Saturday morning! My hometown has a description for that kind of thing, "Boy Howdy!" Ken met me early the next day, a Saturday mind you, and before noon he had replaced the water line, the parts inside the toilet, and even connected my device for me!
