I seriously received the best service!! Our water line from the floor to the toilet tank was bollaxed up by my "handyman" father 19 years ago. I needed to add a device to the toilet. Dad had "fixed" the connection and it was frozen in place to the point I wasn't strong enough to get the nut off. I had a water leak at the floor level I couldn't stop. I had to turn the water off at the curb. It was late Friday and I was at my wits end! I sent my request to him and he got back to me within 10-15 minutes! Wow, on the mainland I was used to waiting DAYS! He asked if I could take a picture of the problem so he could pick up the right replacement parts. Within 30 minutes I had an appointment for Saturday morning! My hometown has a description for that kind of thing, "Boy Howdy!" Ken and his team are amazing! They did a complete renovation, built all the furniture, and staged my vacation rental beachfront condo. Usually renovations are stressful, but they made it enjoyable and exciting. During the whole process I wasn't on island due to Covid-19. So I was constantly updated on the status of the renovation and received countless pictures through google photos of the renovation almost daily! It made me feel as if I was there watching the renovation. I made several last minute changes and kept adding to the scope of work, and they were very accommodating. For example: Last minute, I completely changed the way I wanted the lighting in the kitchen to recessed lighting. Than when Ken was literally in the attic installing the recessed lighting for the kitchen, I called him and added another location in bathroom above the shower and he took care of it no problem. They also went way above and beyond constantly, for example, the countertop guy that I hired, didn't do one of the steams completely perfectly. So they called him back on their own to make it perfect. Also, Home Depot made several mistakes on my orders and sold me a few defective items, which Ken handled for me no problem! These are examples of a team who are passionate and care about what they do! Now that the renovation is completed, I will for sure be using them going forward for all my maintenance needs for my condo and in the future I'll be calling them back to install a Ac system and upgrade my electrical panel! read more
