Owner Yahali responded quickly and positively to my request for help replacing a range hood and got me on schedule for the following Monday (a miracle of fast response for Kaua'i). When Kyle arrived, he discovered some unexpected issues left by the previous installation that needed to be addressed. With skill and ingenuity, he was able to make adjustments to the wall, tile, and overall setup to ensure a secure and aesthetically pleasing installation. Kyle completed a beautiful install of the new range hood, including drilling new holes in metal to allow for a secure wall connection. He also took care of a thorough cleanup after finishing the job, demonstrating his commitment to quality work. I was impressed with the entire Garden Island Handyman team. They called back later that day to say someone could come by at that time. (Sorry, I am a busy person. I scheduled for when worked for me) They no-showed for the original appointment. Thank you for sending Handyman Mikel with my bathroom restoration project. He and his helper did a lot of work on removing the old vanity and preparing for the new installation on Monday. Mikel was so good and efficient in his craft. As I watched him work, many times he would stop to tell my wife and I what he was doing. Love this company! We needed to have some custom made stained glass windows installed. Tried calling several other companies on island (all had good reviews,) left voicemails and either they never called us back or referred us to someone else who never called us back. We were able to reach Yahali at Garden Island Handyman on our first attempt. He was able to get Miguel over here within a couple of days and he did an outstanding job.
