There is absolutely nothing wrong with the roof of the shingles. They provided me with ZERO explanation on why and how they came to this determination. The roof is not new, but all the shingles are in place and it is in very very good shape. I feel harassed, extorted and mis-treated by the agent Eileen and the Bruce Hill Agency. I would absolutely not recommend going to Bruce Hill Agency in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. I would also not recommend the Bruce Hill Agency in Millburn, NJ based on my Point Pleasant (not so pleasant) experience.
