That's because from day 1 you receive the personalized attention to your needs that everyone wants, but rarely receives. Initially my conversations and advice came from Bruce. But over time, he built a team of knowledgeable professionals who treated everyone with respect and provided advice that was customized to an individual's needs. I have automobile and homeowners insurance, as well as an umbrella policy. As my policies come up for renewal they are evaluated as to whether I am receiving the coverage I need at a reasonable premium. In my mind the most important thing about insurance is having quality and the appropriate coverage when you have a claim. For more than 15 years my go to person at the agency has been Evelyn. She uses her years of experience and knowledge of the companies in the marketplace to find me the coverage that's best for me and my family. I feel fortunate to have her and the R Bruce Hill Agency as my advocate.

I was told I have get my roof old shingles replaced and a letter provided that the roof is OK or they would cancel my policy. A roofer and new shingles would cost me $3,500 (more than the policy). There is absolutely nothing wrong with the roof of the shingles. They provided me with ZERO explanation on why and how they came to this determination. The roof is not new, but all the shingles are in place and it is in very very good shape. I feel harassed, extorted and mis-treated by the agent Eileen and the Bruce Hill Agency. I would absolutely not recommend going to Bruce Hill Agency in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. I would also not recommend the Bruce Hill Agency in Millburn, NJ based on my Point Pleasant (not so pleasant) experience.
