I first called Lane and he answered and talked to me for over an hour about how he was the right chose and he was local and could meet any time! After going back and forth way too many times, because he did not understand what it was trying to say in a text, I asked to meet to get it all resolved. He then informed me (after collection his deposit) that he does not meet with his clients only through text and email. I could type a 100-page book on how unprofessional and uncooperative he was, but I am going to just leave it at this, RUN from this guy!!! Working with ARD Home Services was one of the worst experiences I've had. They consistently blew me off after repeated attempts to get them to follow throw on door painting / installation. It was excuse after excuse...after finally getting them over to the house (granted they had my 6.8k for over a month), they installed the shittiest work I've ever seen. Photos attached. They didn't even take off the stickers before painting lol Save your time and don't use them.
