I have used 7 other companies before I found black ink. The staff has always been super professional to speak with over the phone and willing to walk with you to show things such as colors or just small detail you might not have noticed. I could go on and on about how happy I am with them. I have never had a bad experience with them or a miss printed shirt. I have found that with other companies but not this one. the owner prefers perfection, rather than just trying to get them out the door in a hurry. I mean my customers who I sell my shirts to Would hate me if I was selling them junk, but that is never the case with black ink. I know other people would find all this to be true.

I had three different colors and they selected the perfect color and font that will see clearly on all. One thing I liked about this company is that upon drop off, they will email you a rendering of your product before completing the job. I really appreciated this feature because he asked for feedback and approval before moving forward. The job did not take long even though I dropped off around Christmas time. The price was even better, I could not believe the price I paid for the quality of services. I called the company after a google search around 10am, by 1130am, I had a returned call and voicemail. Later that day I was dropping off my order. Once my order was completed, I received an email that allow me to pay for my order online via email or card which is very convenient. They also offered a deliver service which I did not use as I live so far away. However, they offer delivery upon completion which is great. Overall awesome and I do mean awesome experience with Elliot Graphix. I have used so many other print and embroidery shops all over the U.S. and the service stands out here. I look forward to working with them again.

Needed someone to make some shirts for Janet Jackson's concert. Looked on Yelp and sent out a few…read morequote requests. This company was the first to reply. That stood out to me because I want to work with people who actually want my business. I spoke with Robbie. I sent him the images and he provided me with a quote and feedback. I told him when I needed the shirts and he said he could oblige. I told him I needed the shorts done by Friday. He had them done by Tuesday. Way far in advance. He continued to keep communication open and replied promptly when I reached out. He even offered to meet me so that I wouldn't have to drive to the print shop. I was very appreciative of that. I ordered 4 shirts for me and my friends. The shirts look amazing!! I will definitely do business again.

After 5 tries they still could not get it right. After I cancelled my order they refused to give back my deposit because of the labor they put in! I fail to see where them not delivering what I asked for is something I should have to cover!
