The professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail was fantastic. The second project was a bathroom remodel following a failed remodel done by another contractor only 4 years prior. Tony and Terry came in, assessed the situation and presented a plan on how to take care of everything. Again, the quality of work and attention to detail was beyond reproach. Yes, it was an expensive project, but their work justifies the cost. I will without a doubt, hire Monarch Building for all future projects! If you're in need of a contractor, and one that cares about his clients as well as the quality of work being provided, Tony and Monarch Building should be your go to. Icing on top, Tony and crew will even play with your dogs and set them at ease with them being around doing work on your property.

Monarch was able to repaint the entire interior, replace all the carpet, and convert a combo tile/carpet floor to LVP in the span of three weeks. Their work was excellent quality and Tony was wonderful at coordinating the projects to be sure things were done correctly and in a timely fashion. He was also very practical and made great recommendations that stayed within our budget. We plan on replacing windows in the next couple years, so he advised against any repainting any windows so we wouldn't be paying for them twice. This was our first home and some of these decisions I needed guidance on. Tony and Monarch Building helped us though the process and truly made our home feel like our own.

What stood out most was his problem-solving skills. He consistently looked for ways to save us money and he was flexible and professional while working through an extended timeline due to unexpected mold remediation. As with any major renovation, there were a few design details to work through, but Rodney ultimately brought our vision to life. The finished kitchen is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the result and would confidently recommend him to anyone taking on a complex remodel!

Rodney partnered with Quality Stone in Virginia Beach, and their service--from selection to installation--was superb. Rodney provided a very fair price and handled every detail, including removing the bar, relocating an outlet, replacing 3 other outlets and installing a new sink and faucet. He even suggested a beautiful backsplash tile and helped me replace a 15-year-old over-the-range microwave with a new Whirlpool at a great price. Rodney is incredibly reliable, punctual, and truly available seven days a week. I highly recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and will definitely call them for out next project

BEWARE!!! Never give…read morethis man an advance payment! Hired Home & Land Repairs (Nick) through Yelp for two jobs: repairing holes in the soffit and repairing/replacing the solar panel wiring that squirrels had chewed through, plus installing a critter guard to prevent it from happening again. The agreed total was $850 including parts and labor. He repaired the soffit holes. Throughout the job he repeatedly asked for advance payments, which I reluctantly provided. About two weeks in he requested an additional $800, saying the job was more difficult and the new wiring was expensive. I paid for the wiring myself out of pocket and we agreed to add $500 to the original price. The next day he asked for another $400 advance. At that point I had paid $1,000 up front. He arrived one day several weeks ago to work on the wiring. After a couple of hours he said he was taking a three-hour break and never returned. Later that night he texted that he would be back early the next morning to continue. He did not show up. That was 11 days ago and he has ignored all my attempts to reach him since. This was not the first disappearance. Earlier in the job he left for about a week without explanation. We discussed the need for better communication and he agreed, but the same pattern continued. He has also left my extension ladder propped against the house for several weeks (I had allowed him to use it), a strap still dangling from the roof, and a table set up in the front yard. The solar wiring work remains unfinished and the property has been left in this condition. I expected the work to be completed as agreed and for basic communication about schedule changes. Neither happened. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

From start to finish, the Coradi team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and dedication to providing the bathroom that we had envisioned. The professionalism exhibited by Coradi throughout the project was commendable. They adhered to the agreed upon budget and they started and finished on the dates promised! The Coradi team maintained communication every step of the way and we always felt informed and involved in the process, which made the remodel go smoothly and eliminated the stress of a renovation. The BuildersTrend app that they use for budgeting, documenting each day's work, and communication between team members and homeowners is easy to use and facilitates completing the project as planned. Moreover, the quality of their work was outstanding and every aspect of the renovation was executed well and with attention to detail. Derek came out to our home shortly after we contacted Coradi, spent time evaluating our bathroom and discussing our needs and wishlist for the remodel, and gave us great suggestions on how to achieve the bathroom that we envisioned. To finalize the contract, we met with him at the office, reviewed each point of the contract, and made changes that were put in writing and ultimately carried out as promised in the contract. The Conradi team that completed the rough-in and finishing work was led by Allen and included Tristan (plumber) and Justin (electrician). They showed up and wrapped up every day at the scheduled time and worked diligently on the project. They respected our home, cleaned up after each day's work, answered any questions and addressed any concerns we had, and consulted us about things that would impact our use of the bathroom. We felt very comfortable with this team and are really pleased with the way they executed the job. Ryan, assisted by Nathan, did the tile work and did a wonderful job. Ryan's outstanding workmanship and exceptional dedication to getting the design right created a finished product that is the star of the remodel! He was more than willing to incorporate our ideas and checked with us as the work progressed to make sure we were satisfied. Lastly, Jennifer assisted us with the payment process and addressed any issues that arose. It is evident that Coradi prioritizes customer satisfaction. They listened attentively to our needs and preferences and offered valuable suggestions and guidance along the way. Overall, we cannot recommend Conradi highly enough if you want a contractor who combines excellent craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity. In all, we interviewed 6 contractors before selecting Coradi and we are so happy with our decision. We won't hesitate to use them again for any future remodeling projects!

I had ceiling mounted storage shelves, which are fine, but only can hold certain things and you need a ladder to access. I realized that I have a ton of unused space above the garage door and could have a mezzanine built up there that would work better than the ceiling shelves. I contacted Matt at Beach Handyman and explained what I wanted. He asked that I send a few pictures of what I was thinking and he would work the numbers/ideas. I also wanted to add an attic pull-down ladder to make access easier, which Matt was happy to accommodate. Within a day of sending over my thoughts, Matt had a quote ready (which was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done) and we signed a contract. Matt expected 1-2 days to complete which turned into 2+ days, but that was not Matt's fault due to encountering a large steel beam that he had to work around. I'm super happy with the final product, and it turned out better than expected. I will absolutely use Matt again for any future needs. He can pretty much do it all. Just ask him and he'll let you know. Thanks Matt!

Update: In response to Matt's reply, there is no way in the world that he could have assumed that…read morethe room he worked in was clean. It was completely dirty. He told me that he would have everything to keep my space clean before he started the job and he did not. This is why I used my own covering before he returned the next day. Matt failed to explain how he cut the wood too short and glued it back together without even mentioning it. Or the extra hole he drilled for a baluster that was left in the wood. Again, not professional. Not quality. To build your business, you have to just do quality work. Matt did contact me after I left the original review to get the carpet cleaned but I had already asked him to clean it before he finished the job. I am not in the business of having people in and out of my home. I hired him for carpentry not carpet cleaning. I honestly didn't trust that he wouldn't ruin it, which is why I did as much as I could myself. Whether it is blue chalk or white chalk, it didn't come out of my carpet and he put it there. My carpet was literally two weeks old and was in a room that we had not had the pleasure of moving into yet. As I shared previously, Matt is nice. Maybe he took on a job that he was not experienced with and we just happened to get the quality of a novice. Maybe he is better now. I don't know. This review was not personal. But rather a review of my experience with a business. Original: Matt completed work in our home some time ago. Unfortunately, it was done professionally. His measurements were off, he was not very clean, and he ruined my brand new carpet. I think Matt is a nice person but I would have also preferred that he work under our agreed terms and he did not. When I hired him on a phone call, he promised that he would protect my home from dust and paint. That was not the case.
