My relative choose this place since they attended a memorial service here in the past. Well the owner of this establishment Christopher Kent decided to do a package deal. When I call to get a detailed itemization of his services he informed me that it would cost much more. You see I found a place for them to purchase a casket and print colour memorial programs. Christopher Kent told me that sometimes caskets purchased outside his facility do not close/lock properly and that he didn't want the body falling out the casket. I thought to myself this man must take me for one of the usual, uneducated, idiots he's use to speaking with I found tone was abrasive and condescending. Needless to say I absolutely had my relative make other arrangements. Funny every place I called after my conversation with him I had an itemized price list of their services. I detest unethical people who take advantage of people in their time of need.

As everyone knows, one can NOT BURY a CREMATED BODY, and then BURY that CREMATED BODY! = Ms. Waite also lied telling me that she was burying my deceased mother's urn, which belonged to me, IF it existed. Alsio Ms. Waite stole my deceased expensive cell phone, and when I asked her about it, she falsely the alleged that she would return it to me "next time" yet since she and I were already speaking face-to-face, there was NO reason she didn't have it THEN, and I haven't heard back from her since! Additionally, Ms, Waite had NO receipts, nor ANY other evidence that there was any funeral. Worsely, since my deceased mom retired from the City of Philadelphia, Ms. Waite's Funeral Home was paid for all Funeral Services and the Funeral Home, she also scammed me out of $7,452, from my beneficiary funds!

My mom's makeup was just remarkable, she looked so natural, like she was sleeping. Our entire experience was a ten star review! Instead the cards were taken and given to someone else. When I finally saw the card that funeral home prepared when they get deliveries it was blank. All boxes on what was received such as a spray, a bouquet, plant, etc was left BLANK! Who does that, not professional. I didn't like the lack of attention to detail with body.
