This transaction almost become belligerent at times. One example of dishonesty, was changing the square footage by over 200 feet. Just because the home owner wants you to do that, doesn't make it right. There were so many undisclosed things that didn't work. Thelma as a licensed realtor did not perform her duties as a professional. Now it is up to my husband and I to get things fixed while trying to move in from out of state. Bad transaction and I would never recommend this realtor. My realtor has contacted her with our concerns, with no response from Thelma.
