I hired them immediately. Simon & Son has already finished our Spring clean up and I just called them to start mowing for the Spring/Summer season. They did an excellent job. They were careful of all my plants, yet they got all the leaves from under our deck in the backyard. They picked up all the sticks and branches that had fallen over the winter and got all the leaves from under the pine trees near the road. There are bigger lawn companies in Kalamazoo, but they charge almost twice as much to do the exact same job and they pressured me to fertilize, seed and water before I had even hired them. We are very happy to have a small, locally owned, and efficient company taking care of our lawn again.

They also have mulch, sand, gravel and all kinds of supplies for making ponds. The people there are very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable on the raw materials, and sometimes better than some of the larger stores like Lowes and Menards. For the small garden stuff, they have a very nice gift store as well, although sometimes I found their selection somewhat limited.
