Custom fitted men's formal wear is the main order of the day at this retailer. And they do an excellent job fitting. Items are available for purchase as well as rental. Recently a group of my colleagues and I needed specialized formal wear with tails, known as morning coats, for purchase. while online options are of course available, it is easier to get a quality custom fit in person. And this is the place that was recommended to us. I couldn't have been happier. Within the past couple of years, I also purchased a formal white dinner jacket from Romanoffs, and I have been very pleased with that selection too. Fittings are normally by appointment, and there is of course some turnaround time to prepare alterations, once fitted. It is important to think about and build this into your event schedule if you are purchasing or renting something for an event. If you do need a fitting, or would like to visit, just give them a call. This is a very helpful, friendly place. I have always been pleased with my experiences here.

We normally go to Men's Warehouse and honestly that's my biggest regret. The photos I posted the red one is the tux from Generation Tux and the one that's blue is from Men's Warehouse. You can just tell from looking at the photos which one is better. I personally think the blue one from Men's Warehouse is way better, the fit and the look of the material just looks more class. Also, I went by myself because my best friend was busy and my mom is sick and can't leave my house. I arrived and starting looking around and an older black man approached me very rudely and said "excuse me can i help you?????" almost as if i was doing something wrong. so i was really friendly and said "yeah! i'm looking for a prom dress.." blah blah blah. he has another associate help me to go downstairs and look at the dresses. they had MAYBE 5 dresses that i could put on. ONE was a size 16, the rest were size 20+ saying that Joan's is a "PLUS SIZE DRESS SHOP" is absolutely untrue. regardless, i went to try on the 5 that they had. the "dressing room" was SMALL. hard to even maneuver around in.. not only was it small, BUT THERE WAS NO MIRROR IN YHE DRESSING ROOM????? i had to walk out into the big room where several other girls and their mothers were just to see myself. i was so embarrassed considering none of the dresses fit me correctly. THEN- i went to take a picture of my dress to show my SICK mother, who is paying for the dress, and an associate says "no. no pictures, put your phone away" and i said "how am i supposed to show my mom?" she says "wait...... you came alone?" And starts laughing "Yes" "Bring her with you next time, no pictures" So I got dressed in my clothes and left immediately, crying my eyes out. The workers were rude and insensitive, and lied about their dress selection when I called..
