Dr Best has an oxymoronic name. My experience with her and her office were awful. She wasted over 2 1/2 hours of my time and never presented a treatment plan to me. My second visit was a sales meeting they forced me to attend, rescheduled and then made me wait an hour before I left. My advice if you have a similar experience is: 1. Demand they refund your evaluation fee, they refunded mine. 2. Consider retaining legal counsel if they refuse to appropriately handle your dental needs. My guess is you will be far from alone. Also understand how much you are going to pay for implants it is likely 5 figures. You are basically investing in a luxury product. Demand good service or go elsewhere. Many dentists want implant patients at $20k-$100k, so don't put up with Dr Worst who could care less about you or your time. That was at least my experience. Dentists can make millions a year. They deserve to be harshly reviewed if they decide profits not patients are more important.

After Dr. Hurley seated a crown in 2025, I expressed a concern that there was a space (between 1/16" and ") between my new crown and the adjacent tooth causing food to get caught in the space. He explained that it wasn't his fault and that he would be happy to remove the crown and replace it with a new crown at my cost.I just left his office completely frustrated. I had another crown done by Dr. Hurley in July, 2026. In advance of this procedure being done, I requested an estimate from his office so I knew what my out of pocket cost would be. I was told after insurance, my estimated cost would be $630.00. Dr. Hurley set my permanent crown today and I was presented with a bill for $892.00. I asked him why the difference and he got all huffy with me and acted like it was my fault and that it was only an 'estimate'. I have fired Dr. Charles Hurley.

I recently started SureSmile treatment here, and the whole process has been so much easier and smoother than I expected. I first went in for a consult and scans that were sent off to SureSmile, and during that appointment they really took the time to listen to what I specifically wanted to improve. Then I went back in to review the 3D model and treatment plan, which was actually really cool to see. That appointment felt very conversational and relaxed, and they were happy to answer all of my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed or pressured! About two weeks later all of my trays came in, and honestly I started noticing improvements after just a few trays.
