    My experience here started well, but later turned into the worst. I booked my first appointment…read moreover the phone and was told I needed to fill in some information online before arriving, including scanning my insurance card. When the day of my appointment came, the staff were really nice. I had my X-rays done and explained everything I wanted, including a filling and possible future procedures. After that, I was told to sit and wait to be called. I was then taken to an office where someone informed me that they do not work with my type of insurance. I asked why, considering I had already scanned and submitted my insurance information before coming in. She told me I would still have to pay $150 for the visit. I asked what exactly they had done for me to justify that amount, especially since this seemed like their negligence. She replied that it was for the scan. I asked for a copy of the scanned documents, but they could not provide them. I sat there feeling very frustrated. I explained to the woman that I only had $50 on me at the time, and I paid that amount even though I honestly felt robbed. Now they keep sending me payment reminders for the remaining $100, despite the fact that they never actually worked on me. I truly feel these people are not acting professionally

    I want to start by saying Dr.Catrona is a outstanding dentist. It's his no good people that works…read morethe front desk. I have been off from work the whole year (2024). I was scheduled an appointment over six months prior to it. We'll! It slipped my mind and I forgot about it. They claimed they tried to reach out to me. To make a long story short, I went into the office to pay the fees that had accumulated from me missing the appointment and I was told that I couldn't make the payment because it had been sent to collections. I would have to call the collection office and make the payment to them. The lady told me that I couldn't make an appointment until after the bill was paid. I called the office and made the payment. I then called the dental office and told them that the payment had been made and that I wanted to make an appointment to come in for treatment. This lady then told me that I could no longer be seen or treated at their office. I had been deleted and kicked out of their lists of patients. She then lied to me, saying that I had a history of missing appointments! I couldn't believe what had just happened! I had been coming to this dentist for years! That was really low down and dirty what they did to me. Had I known this was going to be the trajectory of what was coming, I would have handled things totally different. This is very bad business!
