I also needed to withdraw some cash via their atm, which, at $3.50 a pop per withdrawal wasn't cheap, but not too bad either. I was grateful they had a functioning atm to begin with. Perhaps the best part of this visit to this particular CVS was the fact that they had a super sweet (and locked under key) cologne and perfume section with major name brands going for way, way cheaper than you'd find them anywhere else. The staff was nice and accommodating and even went through the effort of checking their system just in case, and turns out they don't carry Cracker Jack's at all. I had a very frustrating experience at CVS today involving an employee named Lynn…read more I was at the store picking up medication for my dog and also needed assistance getting an item from a locked skincare cabinet so I could check out everything together at the pharmacy. I waited in the aisle while the assistance bell was rung multiple times, at least four times, and no one came to help. Another employee eventually stopped and apologized, but explained that she did not have the key to open the cabinet. During this time, I could clearly see Lynn near the front of the store stocking shelves after she had already helped me earlier in my visit. I politely called out "Ma'am" multiple times to get her attention, and instead of approaching or even turning around, she responded from a distance with "What?" and "Yes, what do you need?" while still facing away from me. When she finally returned to the aisle, she initially asked which product I needed instead of simply opening the cabinet so I could look. The entire interaction felt dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily difficult for a customer who had already been waiting patiently while trying to pick up medication for their pet. I understand employees get busy, but basic professionalism and customer service still matter. I should not have had to repeatedly call for assistance after waiting several minutes with no response.

It was my first time at this location but my husband said that he found it to be convenient. I arrived early for my appointment and checked in with my phone. My name was called on time and I was in and out pretty quickly. Blood draw was painlessly done and I don't see any bruising. This Lab Corp seemed popular as I saw a steady stream of patients arriving and/or waiting for their turn. I heard one of the phlebotomists tell someone that they were totally booked for today, so it's best to make an appointment online ahead of time. I'll be back near year.

I asked if she's asking me to leave the drive through after 50 minutes to wait for another 50 minutes. She then said come to the window. Which I did. A pharmacy tech rang me up and asked if I wanted to use the carry on file. The card on file?!? Ohhhhh my gosh. Walgreens fix your system. It only takes 2-5 usually at my main pharmacy. You know the three letter red and white competitor just a block away. This is torture coming to Walgreens.

When we got there, there were 2 people behind the pharmacy counter and no customers. We asked if they had the Moderna vaccine available and were told that they did, but that we'd need an appointment. Their online system said they didn't have any appointments available until next Tuesday. The excuse we were given in person was because of limited supply we needed an appointment. Huh? Another Rite Aid pharmacy farther away told us to come right in and that we didn't need an appointment. It seems like these employees at this location were just being lazy. It's no surprise that many Rite Aid locations are slated to close.

The issue was that the men's was out of order, but absolutely no one was looking out for who was coming in and out of the woman's restroom. With plenty of staff around different aisles stocking, you would think one would be kept in the back portion of the store where this could have evolved into a disaster. What's more, the whole layout of this particular CVS speaks ancient times, and I'm not talking about any antiquity or something memorable. All in all it wasn't a bad trip, and most people will get the products that they're looking for if you know you found them here before. But good luck if you're ever in need of a restaurant, and let's face it, with the money they're charging nowadays for their product, the customer has every right to be able to expect to be able to use a restroom and not have to the speedy Gonzales if it's an emergency and they need to use the opposing genders facility.

Now that my conscience was cleared, I quickly reflected on the company's recent bankruptcy filing news. The company that took over Thrifty's decades ago was now on its seemingly last legs. I've had fond memories of both companies, so this visit was kind of bittersweet. Was I all right with this particular location before its demise!? PURCHASE Resse's Pretzels Miniature Cups 9.9oz Bag ($5.99): I was a fan of all the yummy sweets throughout the Reese's brand, so when I saw this in the nearly-empty Halloween candy section, I grabbed it because it sounded good and it was the last one so it looked sad there all by itself. Once I finally tore this bag open and shared it with my friends, each tiny cup was packed with crunchy pretzel pieces covered with smooth peanut butter and delectable chocolate.
