A nice response to my review would have been, " What can I do to fix the problems with our work?". Instead I feel threatened. I'm leaving my review up of the business because the work was not done well and that's that. My tufted button folds came loose immediately, lots of unraveled threads that were not back stitched... the foam was put into the couch cushions loose mixed with stuffing and is falling apart.
