Ed Hayes and his team are AMAZING! We had a "Natuzi" brand sectional (which isn't mainstream I might add), who's support straps underneath had degraded in the short time we had it. After interviewing a few companies on the phone, we engaged Websters for the repair. Ed personally came out, examined the underside, and made a recommendation to replace the strapping with jute. Ed at Webster's Interiors is the most considerate, caring businessman my mother has encountered in many years. My mother recently needed to have plantation shutters repaired and called another local company to do the job. The day of the appointment the owner bailed on her at the last moment and refused to do the work. She was beyond disappointed and didn't know who to call next. After looking on the internet under "shutters and blinds," up popped Webster's Interiors, so she called and Ed answered. He listened patiently to her plight and then explained that he sold blinds and shutters but wasn't in the repair business. Never-the-less he offered to help her and asked her to text him a photo of the broken shutters, which she did. Then he made a couple of calls to tradespeople he knew and within a few hours Carlos Venegas, a really talented shutter repair man came to her house and fixed all her broken plantation shutters for a reasonable price. She was just amazed and so grateful to both men. Carlos, for the repair work and Ed for recommending and contacting him for her when there wasn't anything (monetary) in it for him. absolutely amazing service!! we thrifted a kooky couch/chair combo and reupholstered them here and they went above and beyond for us! the owner was super friendly and gave us a great deal for the fabric and work and had a crew move everything for us back and forth during drop off/pick up! he gave us an accurate time frame and finished even earlier than was expected. he completely replaced the padding in our couch as the old padding was a little worn down. a great experience all around and i will never go anywhere else for my reupholstering needs! they even offered to make us a pillow if there was any extra fabric left over!!! read more
