Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. He stated that he had ordered another battery because the battery he had ordered did not work so he ordered another one supposedly. But since my phone was not ready however, I took it and then had to pay 20.00 to get back! I will never go there ever again! Bad rude service there!!! And the store was to open at 0:930, he got there at 10:30. Some of these Iranians are very rude to be and have a business and to serve the customers and community. We should not have to be treated like that! A paying customer.
