I called Champion told them my issue. I took my computer to to them late in th day. Next day compuer was fixed. The repair was quick and pricing was extremely good. I would Highly encourage anyone with a computer challenge to do yourself justice go to Champion computer. Adam is the absolute Best and honest Tech bar none. The help I've recieved from him after the sale has been phenomenal. This is True Customer Care. He actually has helped me 3 or 4 times with answers to question not related to the repair and replacement I needed for my computer. This is not nearly enough to say about this company. The store IT personal were so genuinely kind and patient with me when explaining my problem which I appreciate as a girl in IT because most men assume I don't know what I'm talking about. There are 2 brothers that I ran into and both were just as sweet and caring. Apparently my brother comes here too so that was a fun conversation to have. One of the brothers that hasn't been working there as long as the other asked me personal questions about my background and seems to really care about his customers. Champion Cell Phone & Computer Repair is exceptional! While going home on yesterday there came a heavy down pour of rain! my work computer got soaked right through my bag! It was water logged! I didn't try to see what was the problem and turn it on (Never turn a wet computer on!) I took it directly to Champion and in one day they dried my computer out and it works like new!!!! Top notch customer service! Attentive and addressed ALL of my many concerns. My HP laptop was hacked, had ransomware and could not load windows. I was beyond frustrated trying to fix it on my own. They restored the operating system and did a thorough virus/malware cleaning. Also helped to improve processing speed and modify user account settings. read more

Grossly overcharged. I was quoted a price for replacing a cooling fan. The fan was not replaced. The exsisting fan was cleaned and lubracated, yet I was still charged for a replacement fan. A second laptop was quoted for a $110 repair of a faulty DC Adaptor. The exsisting DC Adaptor has a lose wire. The wire was soldered and the computer was repaired for a cost of $3.50 at home. My power supply went out on my computer. I bought a new one at Best Buy for $60. I probably didn't hook it up right, so I returned it, and took my computer to Champion. The gentleman replaced the power supply and cleaned out my computer for $70!!! And it took about 15 minutes. I was very happy with the service! read more
