I was terrified by the sound of the voice and how aggressive it was. I covered up and opened the door to a women in normal clothes, and she realized I was actually nursing my son and she got all sheepish and said something about the lights being off in the bathroom (a different room than the nursing room) I was so scared because for all I knew, it was some crazy person banging on the door and I'm alone in the room holding my newborn son. Apparently there was a report of someone doing drugs in a family restroom (and they checked the nursing room too I guess). I would have been far more understanding if security told me they had a report of drug activity in the bathroom, rather than the weird light excuse. I spent a long time thinking about how impractical that was and how I can't even use the nursing room then if I have to worry about the motion lights of another room or I will get security screaming at me. When I called mall security about the problem, the woman was rude and didn't even apologizing for scaring me and my son when we were doing nothing wrong, saying she was just doing her job, which I understand but it was just not handled appropriately at all. All I wanted to do was feed my son in private. I am very nervous about using the nursing room in the future after this incident, but I appreciate the mall general manager for hearing my complaint and offering to talk to security about how to appropriately deal with issues regarding the nursing room which should be a relatively calm space for a baby and mother. Would be a one star review if not for her, will definitely change back to a one star if I ever experience this again though.

But Menards is a big store, unless you know where something is, it's best to use the in-app map to locate the general location of things or ask for assistance. If the map won't show where an item is at, the staff can tell you where an item is by looking up the SKU. I haven't come across an item the app said was there that was out of stock, the app has been accurate for me so far. I've always found the prices here are better than Lowes and some items are even cheaper (and better quality) than Walmart, even if the 11% discount is a gimmicky sham... who in god's name snail-mails anything in to get a discounted refund? They won't go electronic for the discount cause 99% of people won't snail-mail whereas probably 40-50% of people would use an electronic form.
