1/28/2026 I dropped off our Ford Bronco for some much needed detailing. Moving from Michigan to San Angelo during the frigid January 2026 snow, ice and rain storms (depending on which state we were in) left it's mark on both the inside and outside of the suv. So on 11/05/2021 we took our Dodge Durango to get detailed at Hayden's Auto Detail . We had heard so many good things from friends , family and social media about there incredible service. So I dropped it off that Friday morning around 8 am . I picked it up around 6 and I took off to pick up my kids . It looked awesome from the driving seat . I Got home and was showing my kids and husband. When I started putting all my stuff back in the truck I opened my cargo I noticed my inside cargo door not sitting right so I opened it up and the whole thing came off . I tried to see if I can put it back but realized it was broken. My husband couldn't get it back on either. So I checked to see if they were still open to ask what happen because it was not like that at all. So I had to wait till Monday to go because they were closed the weekend. So Monday came and my husband called and the owner said to take it by. So I took it by there and the owner came to look at it and he kept trying to put it back and couldn't. He then started saying it was already like that and I told him there was no way . I asked him if he looked at it before they detailed it and he said no just after and that he saw the clips that go to it and that piece off and thought it was already like that and that he tried to put it back and couldn't. That the guy who detailed it said it was like that . Which is was not , I explained to him that I vacuum my truck once to twice a week and it was not like that and I could tell they did it because when I vacuumed that part I could never get to the bottom of the seat because those folds were attached to the back seats. And I know they cleaned under there because it was cleaned and shampooed. So he called the guy who detailed my truck and he asked him and that guy lied and said it was like that so I asked him if he vacuumed under were the folds are and he said yes . So I asked him how he did it without taking that piece off and he said he did take it off but did not break it . So I just laughed and was like are you serious , I just couldn't believe the kind of person who would just not care and lie about other people stuff we work so had to get for our family . The owner kept on that he believes his employees and basically that I was lying about the situation. I was so upset and wanting to tear up because I just don't understand why people can't own up to there mistakes. I told the owner that I would not waist my time going down there if it was something that was already like that and that I'm not that kind of person . I know he had no reason to believe me since he didn't know me but wow. So then he said it had probably broken because I had a tool box in there that didn't fit I told him I had just put it there when I went home and was putting my stuff back in the truck. He then tried to convince me that the tool box didn't fit and was preventing it from closing so it properly broke off . So finally he told me he would order the part and fix it and he took a picture of my VIN number from my door and said he would call me when it came in. I should have recorded the conversation but he seemed Honest and Trusting so I trusted him to keep his word. So today I told my husband to call him to get an update on the part and he just straight up told him he decided he wasn't going to get it . My husband was like and you couldn't call and let us know what you decided or even explain . And he said no . I just couldn't believe it because that business seemed honestly seemed trust worthy . I just want to let everyone know to please check your vehicle before and after to make sure your car is as you left it. I'm in tears because we worked so hard to take care of what we have for our family. I will be contacting friends and family about my situation because no one deserve to have there stuff broken especially when buying cars are not cheap. read more

They did an excellent job on the detail and my car looked amazing. The only issue was that they did not fully dry out the car before returning it to me or warn me over the phone that the car floor would take a few days to dry. Got it detailed because I had to ship my car overseas the next day and they would not take it because it was still slightly damp. I unfortunately had to sell my car day of with no other options since my flight was leaving. Great detail just make sure you get it plenty in advance. Wish I would have gotten the heads up about this. read more

Well I have a 14 year old car that hasn't been clean since the day I drove it off the lot. I kinda felt bad bringing it in. But let me tell you Hayden's Auto Detail is not afraid of the nightmare that 14 years, two kids, five dogs, four cats and two parakeets have done to a car. There was a bat, mouse, and some spiders along the way but that's another story. My ride is so clean and beautiful right now I'm afraid to take it out of the garage! Seriously if I see rain in the forecast, I'm calling in sick to work! These gentlemen do amazing work! My car is spotless!! Thank you so much for an amazing job!!! These guys are amazing. Had them detail my Honda Accord and now it looks like a brand new car. Great customer service as well!!! They definitely earned my five star rating and I would recommend them to anyone. I really can't say enough good things. My dog rides in the car sometimes and they were even able to get the dog hair out which that alone is amazing! read more

This is the third time Hayden and his guys have done a car for us, and they've outdone themselves every time. They are very courteous, and willing to go out of their way to take care of us. More importantly, they do a phenomenal job. The only thing I requested for Christmas was a detail job from Hayden.
