This is our favorite car wash in San Angelo. The cleaning crew does a really good job. I believe you get value for your money here.I also noticed they have at least one special needs employee which is really awesome. My only complaint is the woman at the register. She seems to be really nice to certain people and totally bitchy to others. Perhaps she could get some updated customer service training and be more consistent with all the customers. No paying customer wants to be treated in a smart mouth manner. read more

My husband is a retired state trooper. Troops always bring their cars here to get cleaned. Since retirement we have always used them and we know the owner. Never had one problem until today. We had a small amount of mud in the wheel wells from driving across a wet parking lot. And it really was a small amount. They wanted to charge us an extra 25.00 to wash that mud off. I don't think so. Since we had pulled up to the tent to pay we then had to turn around and leave. They were very slow and trying to help us get out of the parking lot to leave. For what it costs ($23) this is an outstanding value. They did a very good job cleaning out the books and crannies of my Jeep, both inside and out. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that they didn't appear to work on the stains on the seat or the storage bed of the car, but those were probably more dirty than they usually work with. I have been taking my car here for years and never had a problem. Until today. When the kid came to take my car, he mumbled something. I said what and he repeated just the outside? I replied yes that's why I got in this line. He then said not my problem. I did go to the manager. Whether something was do e about it I don't know. Quick and easy! I usually just get exterior as the interior stays fairly clean. Maybe every third time does the interior need it. We have gotten carpets and seat's shampoo as well, they looked great. read more

When I lived in San Angelo this used to be my favorite place to go to get my car washed. The last few times I came in while visiting family the customer service was awful. The older woman that works the front is very unprofessional. She doesn't greet or smile at you when you walk in she just looks at you waiting for you to hand her your bill. I decided to go back in a few months later not thinking that the experience would be the same! The last time and probably the very last time that I'll go in there I handed her my my bill and credit card. She forcefully and unnecessarily slams my credit card down after she's done processing my payment and then throws the receipt and a pen at me. I questioned her as to why she would do that and of course she denied it. Everyone else there are very friendly but I guess there's always a bad apple in the bunch that ruin it for everyone. read more

My car was absolutely filthy. I left it to get a complete detailing, and they did a superb job!! I was amazed when I got back in my car. It was almost like brand new both inside and out. And it was a very reasonable price for everything they did. I will definitely come back if I need my car detailed again while visiting San Angelo. read more

I've been a regular customer over the past year and they typically do a pretty good job--occasionally I'll have to ask them to wipe the cup holder or something small they missed, but they do so without question and usually ask how my day is and make small talk while they correct it. But today I had an interaction that will keep me a customer for as long as I'm in San Angelo--I came by after an oil change because the auto shop splattered oil all over the place--but I also had a roof rack in place at the moment. I asked the gentleman if I could bring it through with the rack, and he asked the other gentleman to speak with me about it (who I believe he said was the manager or owner). He had long curly hair, pretty big guy. I didn't catch his name. Anyways, when I mentioned my two concerns (oil and roof rack), he explained that while he hasn't seen an issue with a rack since working there (10 years), he obviously could not take the liability on that (understandable!) but that since oil was sprayed accidentally, he recommended I get an undercarriage wash at a certain touchless car wash place in town to clean up the oil & also ensure no issue with roof rack. He was so kind and the fact he was willing to give up a sale in the moment to ensure my car got the attention it needed is why I'll be back to this car wash exclusively (aside from oil and roof racks in the future lol!) read more

This location has a worker that calls oil field workers, and their family, trash and they let others go in front of oil field because we have dirtier vehicles and the manager on site actually told us he would rather piss off 1 than piss off 10! This has happened twice in the past 3 months and I find it very rude. The first time they told us we'd have to wait about 20 minutes so they could bring he other cars through first, since our truck was more dirty than their cars... The thing is, I power spray the under carriage of my truck and get all chunks of mud off before I bring it in... The worker was pretty friendly up until we told him we worked in he oil field. The second time, was pretty much the same. This time I told the manager on site at the time, and he basically said he'd rather piss off 1 person, and lose their money, than piss off 10 people by washing a dirty truck in front of them.... This is a car wash right? cars go in dirty... come out clean... it shouldn't matter the order in which they go in. Definitely won't be going back to this location. read more

Did a horrible job on my teens Jeep. Bought the top car wash and it doesn't even look vacuumed. When asked to re-vacuum they were rude and it still is not clean. Looks just like it did before they "cleaned" it. Will never get my service again. read more

The staff are friendly and nice. Unfortunately I didn't look my car over thoroughly until I got to the grocery store. The back windows still had dried dog drool on them, the back of the console looks as if it had been wiped with a muddy rag as there were streaks of dirty water dried on it. The front of the console where the drink cups are were not wiped out and the rearview mirrors also had dirty water streaks on them! I paid $22.95 for a good cleaning and was really, really disappointed in the results. read more

The staff was really nice in the beginning but my car was not cleaned well at all. I still had some used napkins in my drink cup after they cleaned it. And the side of my car had dry streaks of soap. I went back inside and told them and they weren't very happy. For $21 for interior and exterior...... I wouldn't go back to this place! Great job cleaning my mustang! Car had a lot of bugs on my front bumper and grille from driving all way from Florida to San Angelo and they did a very thorough clean up. Service is fast and great quality, I will be coming back here while I'm in town. Everyone is friendly as well, so that added up to my good experience at this car wash. read more

This place is great! There are more than one location in town, but I like the people who work at this one the best. Always courteous, quick service and a shiny clean car every time! The prices are a great value, and I highly suggest the 5 for $25 deal. It gets really dusty around here with all the wind and after a rare sprinkle, your car is left with dusty polka dots so it's workth it just to get a quick clean every now and then. As a family we used this car wash for many years. In the last few years though the car wash has steadily declined in its customer service and in its overall work ethic. The vehicles used to come out spotless, but now you can't hardly get them to wipe the vehicles down. Plus God forbid if you bring in a vehicle that has a splash of mud on it. I always take my car to Gentle Touch for washes and they do a great job. The 5 for $25 is a good deal as I like to clean the inside myself. I took my car there today to have the highlights restored ( they were very foggy) and to get it washed and hand waxed. It was all done in an hour and a half and looks great. The staff there is very friendly, especially Chris and Sandy, the cashier. I've been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. I don't know the owners name but he is always very friendly and polite. read more
