First trip the only thing they could install was the replacement bumper and ranch hand. Which took about 7 hours. Couldn't find the tool box we ordered. Few days later called and talked to the manager and she said the tool box was in the back and she verified it was there. Second trip to have tool box and hitch installed on one vehicle and bed cover and cargo manager on another one turned out horrible! Took 6 hours to install the hitch and that was even done incorrectly. They miss-measured and now there is a gap between the hitch and bed liner. Tool box was installed fine. Then get told they do not have all the stuff to install the bed cover and cargo manager. Extremely unprofessional. Will not do business with again.

Not all work was done per original quote. Was supposed to get heated side view mirror from Orig-Equip. Ends up it's a knock off from Walmart or some place. The other vehicle's rear backup camera is off centered and some cheaper switch was used for fog lights. I didn't mind paying. But I didn't get what I was promised or quoted on. Im sure he will fix it but the sheer headache in redoing the work is what I do not like.

They made sure to follow legal limits when it comes to auto tints with 35% on the front windows and any level of tinting on the rear windows (I did 35% for the front and 20% for the rear). Dropped off my car at 0830 and they were done by 1130. I paid once I picked up my car. Now my car looks awesome! It has made a difference with the temperature of the car especially being parked outside in this hot weather. The tint is backed with life time warranty so long that I keep my receipt and paperwork.
