Also, the prepaid service, this time, didn't include an oil change. So I paid extra for the oil change so I wouldn't go 10k miles between services. GM wasn't there, but the useless sales manager was no help, so I took it to Arevalo's Tires who easily fixed it. NGA Toyota has a slew of employees wandering around the showroom doing nothing for the 2 1/2 hours I was waiting around. Looked more like a welfare office than a viable business.
