I had been carrying my vehicles to a so called reputable place in Cartersville for years and the prices and service had gotten terrible. Prices high, service low. I carried my wife's vehicle in for an issue with alternator after getting all kinds of different opinions from the so called reputable place. I dropped it off and had my wife bring me back home. I got a call in about 1 hour telling me her vehicle was ready and when they gave me the price, I was more than excited, It was very reasonable! I carried my neighbors truck to them after the so called reputable place kept it for two weeks and said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and why it wouldnt start. WB's Auto repair had it diagnosed and repaired on less than a few hours. Not only has this place earned my business but also my neighbors. I asked them how much I had left on my brakes. They told me that I still had a little bit of time left before I would have to get new ones put on. I took my truck a week later to someone else and they let me see what my brakes looked like and come to find out Taylor Tires let me drive my truck without any brakes on the back and I had no brakes on passenger side. So the only brakes that I had was on drivers side and they were very very thin. How can you allow someone to drive off in their vehicle without any brakes. I could have been killed or injured. And I could have killed someone or injured someone if I had hit them. How can they sleep at night knowing that they did this. I had it towed over. Probably just needs an ignition relay. Simple. The old man took one look at the tow truck and called me, yelled at me and refused to work on it. He called my car a piece of junk. He was crazy. The tow truck driver told me that 'Ol man Bailey is 80 years old and should have retired. No one wants to work for him anymore. He recommended someone else and took it there. Sad. Probably dementia.

Able to safely get off highway and into an auto parts store lot. They referred to Factory Trained just up the road. We can take care of you." How great! We had gotten a quote from Firestone for over $400 but when the repair was done it was literally a fraction of Firestone's quote. Plus, they fixed a burned out bulb on my headlights, cleared the computer codes on the car and let me know I had a nail in the tire (I got this fixed at Robertson Tire for $20 on Mike's suggestion).
