took my car to tc'c to have some repairs done. they replaced water pump and a crank sensor and…read morefixed a brake line. picked up my car didn't even make it a mile down the road before the check engine light came on went to turn around and the brakes went to the floor had to pump them several times to get them to stop. went right back to tc's told the so called mechanic what was going on. so I finally got them to bleed the brakes while they were doing that I popped the hood to check my new water pump which was already leaking after looking more closely I could see the only used a paper gasket with no sealant finally got home with the car. put it on my ramps to check for a smell that was coming from under the found a huge chunk of my firewall laying on the exhaust after closer inspection I found a fist sized hole in my heater box on the firewall. needless to say I had to re-do everything I had paid them to do. in short they butchered my car it's taken me months to straighten everything out. and if that wasn't bad enough the left off all my splash guards on my wheel well.

In his listing he says, AND I QUOTE: "This car boasts a clean title and has been meticulously maintained. It runs and drives perfect, with no issues whatsoever." Not within 10 minutes of my test drive, it overheats. The sunroof also doesn't fully close all the way, so the wind noise is ridiculous. The car is loaded with scratches and has dents in the hood. The passenger mirror is broken. He also lists the car as a 2017 Kia Cadenza Limited (which is top of the line), however it is the BASE model Premium. There is a 0% chance that Mohamad had no idea that the car overheated and that the sunroof didn't close. It's obvious that he'll say anything in his descriptions to get a sale. He didn't offer an apology or anything for making me drive a total of 5 hours for a car he knew didn't work. First Class Automotive likes to thank customers for positive reviews on car sales, but then reply to negative reviews with bald-face lies and deny that they even sell cars. The entire business seems very scammy up and down. Look at other google reviews, they have had the same experience as I have had with being lied to about the condition of the vehicle being purchased. They also like to delete reviews. Do better.

Terrible service…read more Took car in for a diagnosis, all they did was read my codes and tell me they needed $1,500 to take apart my engine to actually figure out the issue not including fixing the issue. I told them not to worry about it and I'll take my car back. So they charged me $110 for simply using the code reader, which takes 5 seconds and you can do at autozone for free.
