We had AC issues with water in the floorboards. We were initially told it would be a quick repair and they would only need it a day or so. They called and told use it was a seal and that it would cost between $500-750 to repair. Three days later they still haven't repaired the car and now say there might be other issues with the AC. I told them to put it back together and do not repair it and we wanted the car back. They were angry but I felt something was not right about the entire thing. We searched for months afterwards and came across Smith's Imported Car Service. Arranged a day to drop it off. Four hours after dropping it off they call and tell us it's ready and it will be $80 which included them replacing the battery in the key fob! In his listing he says, AND I QUOTE: "This car boasts a clean title and has been meticulously maintained. It runs and drives perfect, with no issues whatsoever." Not within 10 minutes of my test drive, it overheats. The sunroof also doesn't fully close all the way, so the wind noise is ridiculous. The car is loaded with scratches and has dents in the hood. The passenger mirror is broken. He also lists the car as a 2017 Kia Cadenza Limited (which is top of the line), however it is the BASE model Premium. There is a 0% chance that Mohamad had no idea that the car overheated and that the sunroof didn't close. It's obvious that he'll say anything in his descriptions to get a sale. He didn't offer an apology or anything for making me drive a total of 5 hours for a car he knew didn't work. First Class Automotive likes to thank customers for positive reviews on car sales, but then reply to negative reviews with bald-face lies and deny that they even sell cars. The entire business seems very scammy up and down. Look at other google reviews, they have had the same experience as I have had with being lied to about the condition of the vehicle being purchased. They also like to delete reviews. Do better.

And then, as an added insult to injury, my truck wouldn't turn over in their parking lot after I paid them. I walked back in to tell them about it, so they sent someone out to check it out. The guy made an adjustment and got the truck to turn over in park, so I left, . . . only to later discover, the transmission selector then wouldn't go in low gear. He pushed the adjustment too far in the other direction. Terrible work! I'm not going back Kavanaugh's and give them any reasons to rip me off again. I can live without low gear. This work should have cost about $200. Today, I got my truck back from Shuffitt's Auto Repair down on Preston Hwy. It needed a new starter solenoid. They installed both the new solenoid AND a new starter for about $380, ( said they come together). Good work at a fair price. Kavanaugh's is history with me .
