My two year old daughter has been enrolled since the middle of the pandemic and they've taken many precautions to keep everybody healthy. The school is clean, well organized, and most of all - safe. The staff is seriously amazing - everyone is so happy and caring. As parents, we know life with kids can be both rewarding and challenging, and how much work is involved day in and day out. The staff at Little Rocketeers makes it look SO easy peasy and my daughter is so happy going to school every morning with all her friends. The curriculum is great, my daughters language and communication skills has really improved while being enrolled here. I love that they incorporate Spanish into the curriculum as well, as language fascinates me. Her development has greatly improved - she really thrives here and it's so noticeable! We enjoy all the events they have, like pajama and show and tell day. I also really like how they offer additional quarterly activities, such as soccer and yoga. The practice sessions are incorporated into the school day, so it's one less thing for me as a mother to do - drive to practice, which makes it easier for me! Ms. Eileen does a fantastic job with her staff and running her business operations - it's reassuring to know your child is in such great hands. Ms. Eileen really makes an effort to get to know all the families that enroll here. Ms. Ashley is the sweetest, I adore her. My daughter loves Ms. Adriana and Ms. Sonia and I love how happy my daughter is to skip off to school each morning because she loves them. Ms. Luz is also so very kind and sweet. And my daughter loves the food from the kind chefs here. She's got the cutest little belly, haha. On days where I have morning meetings and drop my daughter off around 11, Ms. Ashley will always check in and ask, "has she eaten yet?" And that simple question right there tells you how much care is put into your child. Little Rocketeers really feels like home for my daughter, which makes my husband and I feel like we are taking her to a loving, caring environment and we adore that it's become an extension of our own family. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely loved. The atmosphere was warm and joyful, and it gave me something I didn't realize I was missing: a chance to simply breathe and be celebrated. The attention to detail blew me away--from the beautiful decorations to the flower vase station where we created our own bouquets, to the photo booth, the balloon display, and the delicious food--everything was so thoughtfully planned. The love and effort from the staff poured out in every corner of the room. While my husband was filling out docs, I walked my daughter through the school hallway to keep her busy and when I looked into the 16M+ classroom (the classroom she would be joining), I witnessed the teacher yank a little boy by his arm. She pulled him from above the elbow and his legs were not touching the ground. Not only that we heard her yell at a child in the classroom to "SIT DOWN" very aggressively before this. It was loud enough that we heard it from the sitting room in the front. The directors assistant went into the classroom to check what was going on. Needless to say, we did not enroll our daughter into this school and left shortly after. I let the director know what I had seen and we left. I later got a phone call from the director explaining what I had seen was redirection from the teacher and that she had been at "this school for 4 years" and said words like "appeared" and "perceived". There is no excuse for a teacher to yell at babies in this way. There is no excuse for someone to pull a child in the way that she did. She could have caused an injury and dislocated his shoulder. I did not get another phone call and I don't know if this incident was reported but | feel like it is my responsibility to let anyone looking into this school know what I saw. I still think about that poor child and what his parents might not know. Please do not enroll your children into this school especially if your babies cannot speak to you and let you know what kind of treatment they are getting. What I saw has affected me and we are lucky enough to be able to keep our girl at home with us and delay day care.

It seems that she makes up the rules as she goes since she is the owner (the handbook changes once again with every scenario). There is no professionalism and decency when being involved with this daycare. Please do not send your child here if you want to avoid any headaches. My child no longer comes here after attending for about 7 months. We are so glad that we switched daycares. Some of the issues include limited nutritious food options, and my child coming home with diaper rashes constantly due to the diaper area not being cleaned well. The staff would also misplace or lose our items, and not provide enough pictures in the Procare app. when they said they would. One real big concern involves my child always getting bit by other children and the staff doesn't have very good preventative methods (at least 6 incidents occurred and I have all of the paperwork). This daycare likes to change their policies without advance notice (fees and operation hours). There are a few staff members that do care about the children, but there are others that see it as just a job. I've seen staff come and go like a revolving door. They haven't been open for a long time, and they still have a lot to learn and implement. The outdoor playground is not so clean either. Some of the staff also displayed cultural bias. I suggest every parent do their research before finding a good daycare. It's obvious that we didn't do enough research at the time and only went by the Google reviews this daycare offered. There are Google reviews that some of the staff submitted as well to increase their rating.
