When he couldn't get the rotors until later that afternoon, instead of making me stay and wait, he offered me his truck to drive back to where the rv was parked. HE OFFERED ME HIS TRUCK!!! Where else in this screwed up crazy world does someone do that for a stranger? Anyway, after I got back to Florida, I discovered a problem with one of the brakes that was replaced so I took it to my local dealer and had it fixed. After telling the owner about this, he offered to repay me for the service that was done to fix the problem. This kind of service is something I dare say you won't find in other places, but in Red Bay Alabama, it isn't surprising at all.
