Traveling through AL on Nov 12th the engine in my RV started misfiring I stopped for the night in Hamilton where the check engine light came on. It was around 4pm when I contacted Lamb Motors. The shop manager Dustin offered to send someone to help but I preferred to stay in the RV park I was at for the night & drive to them the next morning. He told me to call when coming in so they could come & get me if there was a problem. When I arrived the mechanic (Dillon) was ready for me. He found & fixed the problem I was back on the road within an hour. 1800 miles later I'm home safe & sound! I've been fortunate to find help when needed while traveling & I can certainly put Lamb Motors on the list of the best for travelers. read more

Returning home to Minnesota my car broke down in Hamilton. I cannot say enough about the great people and service at Lamb Motors. I purchased a 04 Nissan pickup on Aug 11, 2021 and realized on the way home that more things did not work than I was aware of, like no horn, no dash lights, gas gauge and temp gauge did not work along with others. So I called on Aug 12 to return and it and was told not possible. So I went to court house with the title and was told that they had used white out on the title and they would not accept it. So I called again and was told that I would get a call back but that did not happen. So I called again Fri am and was told that they would come and pick up the truck on Tues to repair it and bring an affidavit for the title. If they do that I will change my review so we will see what happens on Tues Aug 17. read more

My story started when I decided to purchase a car from Brayn, I spoke to him multiple times , he reassured me that everything looks good in the car and that everything is working fine, I even have a the video he sent me of the car telling me that everything looks good, when I had second thoughts he, told me that I shouldn't worry that I made a good decision , it's a good car and a good deal, as soon as I got the car I took it to the dealership for a full check up since there washer fluid sign is not disappearing , after few week I also noticed that the horn and the right mirror are not working as well, the mechanic said that the front of the car was wrecked and they need to work on it for 3 h to fix the issues and it's not covered under warranty, it's costing me to fix issues that should have been fixed prior to selling, I tried to reach Brayn to explain the situation and work an agreement but he stopped answering or returning my calls, massages or voice massages, he reassured me that any problems can be fixed under the warranty and now I am backed up in a corner!! read more
