It was around 4pm when I contacted Lamb Motors. The shop manager Dustin offered to send someone to help but I preferred to stay in the RV park I was at for the night & drive to them the next morning. He told me to call when coming in so they could come & get me if there was a problem. When I arrived the mechanic (Dillon) was ready for me. He found & fixed the problem I was back on the road within an hour. 1800 miles later I'm home safe & sound! I've been fortunate to find help when needed while traveling & I can certainly put Lamb Motors on the list of the best for travelers.

And the rust down the side was from the awnings not having drain holes. Not from the roof. Sabrina took care of that by drilling drain holes. Extraordinary care from each person. Convenient on-site overnight parking, very friendly (seems everybody in AL is...) and knowledgeable staff, and an AMAZING warehouse full of everything Tiffin has ever produced on any coach, pretty much ever. Their rates are crazy cheap, I almost felt guilty looking at the bill. What we had done, that we thought they handled very well: Dash AC recharge - actually discharge since it was overcharged - notice the difference right away! New rear jack retractor springs installed New thermostat installed - our furnace wouldn't kick in Sun shade motor replaced Outside step motor and gearbox replaced Toilet sprayer fixed - the valve wasn't put in right from the factory. Everything including parts was around $900 - I expected a 2k bill for the amount of time they put in! In short - great folks, great service, great price! Tell em we sent you. J & C
