Oscar promptly returned my call, was able to assess the work quickly and provide me with an estimate. Their bid was accepted and the work was done on time & very professional. What needed to be done was explained to me that was part of the proposal. There were a few other requests that were added to the proposal that were also reasonable, clean up of leaves & branches from the yard (fall cleanup) and replacing the entire sidewalk from the driveway to the front door (that included burying a down spout). Chimney leaked. Called a contractor and had him look at it. Ended up completely remodeling our…read morehouse. We got a new roof. Still leaked. Called roofers back out. They reworked the flashing. Still leaked. Had a chimney guy come out. He replaced the cap, waterproofed the chimney. Guess what... still leaked... It was getting so bad our brand new sheet rock was rotting away. It was damaging our brand new cabinets. On the suggestion of a friend I called Wood's. They were at my house that day. A couple of days later they had reworked the flashing and some of the shingles. Two days later there was a torrential downpour. Guess what!? NO LEAK!!! Not just that. They also solved a problem of water leaking into the chimney. They solved all my leaking problems. Wood's Masonry and Repair were an absolute delight to work with. They were knowledgeable and quick and efficient. I cannot commend them enough. Great people and a great company. Use them for everything. They are top-notch!
