He failed to show up daily, and had an issue with punctuality on the days he did show. He didn't show up 60 percent of the time he stated he would. When confronted about the issue he stated that he was not an employee and after taking 1/4 of the money he had only painted two rooms poorly. He didn't prep the surfaces correctly and the paint began to peel. Most surfaces only had a single coat of paint. When questioned, Tim stated that he wasn't contracted to apply more than one coat when his paint job was translucent. I ended up having to pay someone else to redo the entirety of his work.
