The city had already come out and done what they could. AAA Plumbing told my mom that they were 3rd on the list and would be out that afternoon. They didn't show. Mom called Tuesday morning, the secretary told her they were out on an emergency but should be back at the office by noon and she would call back. She didn't. My parents finally called a different company this morning and they are promising to be there today. My parents have been using a bucket since Sunday night and went to Wal-Mart for the serious stuff. I begged them to come stay with me in Missouri but they wouldn't leave because they were told AAA plumbing would be there to fix their issue. AAA Plumbing is incompetent and liars in my book. I HOPE they no one is ever this disrespectful and uncaring to their parents.
