Instead of handling legitimate parental concerns professionally, I was treated with hostility and a complete lack of respect. Due to the seriousness of these concerns, I am currently pursuing legal action and exploring all available options regarding the handling of my child's information and treatment. Families place a tremendous amount of trust in facilities like this, and accountability, professionalism, and honesty should be the minimum standard.
