Dr Singh told my sons father he was being sent to a completely different hospital 45 minutes away from the hospital he was routed to. When my sons father called and spoke to Dr Singh she said "I assure you he will be going to southside"When I called Dr Singh she could care less and was more concerned what hospital he was taken to, but should clearly have known yet she said she was standing right next to Dr papaleo and staff when Dr papaleo sent him to southside" when I asked this incompetent fool who then sent him to Manhasset she couldn't tell me anything, tried talking over me and chuckled under her breath and when I mentioned I would be writing reviews on her and her staff she then said im sorry im sorry and im hanging up now. How dare you be the on call Dr and when asked what hospital for a life threatened heart surgery, not place a parent on hold to check. Who made the decision to send him to Manhasset then? This staff should feel ashamed when you only have minutes to see a loved one before major open heart surgery and parents at that to send them to the wrong hospital again 45 minutes away.

I have been having heart palpitations and could not miss that appointment. I happened to make a wrong turn while I was already driving late and drove through a neighborhood to get to this office. On the way there someone in front of me was driving rather slow so I attempted to go around them. I was stopped, yelled at and given the middle finger. I yelled out the window that I was on my way to the hospital considering I had a heart issue I need to be seen for and he let me pass. I then get to my appointment saw by doctor Leah Burgman and Nurse and found out thankfully that everything was normal. I checked out as normal and said goodbye. As I walked outside the office I was stopped by the outside staircase by the Physician Assistant Austin Stack and yelled at and harassed. This man took it upon himself with his stethoscope around his neck to corner me by the stairs yell and scream at a woman he did not know telling me "I thought you were going to the hospital, don't drive in my neighborhood again, told me he knew who I was and would come find me if I ever came to this office again." Austin Stack was not my doctor nor my Physician Assistant yet looked through my medical charts which is against the law to find out my name and address. I went back into the office and spoke with Diane the Office manager about the incident and she told me she was already aware of the incident and she would speak with him. It was as if the entire staff helped facilitate this...the level of disgust and unprofessionalism that I witnessed today was unfathomable. Do not come here your HIPAA rights will not be respected. Austin, should not be allowed to practice medicine. I have filed and mailed a complaint to NY State Department of Health (office of professional medical conduct), A police report, NY Attorney general and the BBB. Austin did not think before he took it upon himself to corner and threaten a woman and thought I was just some child he could scream at. I am a Marketing professional and will put this up on every site where your name is mentioned and my husband is an attorney. I hope you think twice before threatening patients that were not your patients and going through there medical records.

When I first started seeing her, my average blood was in the the range of 200-300's. I felt I had to live with it the best I could. Dr. Hassan set goals for each visit and tweaked medication to serve those goals. My numbers are amazing on a regular basis. She and entire team of Flavia and Sukhjit have been advocates for me with my insurance and getting what was prescribed not what they deemed necessary and cost effective. I cannot praise Dr. Hassan and her team enough. In the short time I have been her patient my life has changed for the better.

I've come here approximately four times over the course of that period to see her and another physician. The check-in process is quick and the receptionists have been lovely. The waiting room is spacious and I've never waited for more than 20 to see my doctors. There is plenty of parking but you might need to search for a space. I hope I don't jinx myself for my next visit, but I have no complaints other than I wish this office was a little closer to my house.

They seem to just charge you whatever they want and not ensure that there is full insurance coverage by Medicare and secondary insurance with minimal out-of-pocket costs for the patient. It's no wonder why they can't negotiate an agreement with some insurers due to what seems like a desire for more profit over ethical billing from a patient-centric perspective. I waste so much time tracking down billing issues that are neither transparent nor clear with breakdowns of the charges to help explain their fees. Patients and their caregivers shouldn't have to waste their precious time trying to resolve this if the billing was set up and executed properly to maximize effective use of everyone's time. Instead, they keep running an inefficient practice where there seems to be no sense of customer service, accountability, or patient-centricity.

He takes his time with each patient and really listens to concerns and answers all questions. He is excellent at explaining things and taking his time to make sure i understand everything he says. His office is clean and the office staff is friendly. I highly recommend Dr Anselmi!
