She was completely clueless about the doctor she works for and could not give me any information. Whoever hired this girl needs to train her first before allowing her to answer the phone!! When I first started seeing her, my average blood was in the the range of 200-300's. I felt I had to live with it the best I could. Dr. Hassan set goals for each visit and tweaked medication to serve those goals. My numbers are amazing on a regular basis. She and entire team of Flavia and Sukhjit have been advocates for me with my insurance and getting what was prescribed not what they deemed necessary and cost effective. The worst office and the worst PA to see beware!!! Back…read morestory I was driving to this appointment for my heart as this is a cardiologist office and was rushing. I have been having heart palpitations and could not miss that appointment. I happened to make a wrong turn while I was already driving late and drove through a neighborhood to get to this office. On the way there someone in front of me was driving rather slow so I attempted to go around them. I was stopped, yelled at and given the middle finger. I yelled out the window that I was on my way to the hospital considering I had a heart issue I need to be seen for and he let me pass. I then get to my appointment saw by doctor Leah Burgman and Nurse and found out thankfully that everything was normal. I checked out as normal and said goodbye. As I walked outside the office I was stopped by the outside staircase by the Physician Assistant Austin Stack and yelled at and harassed. This man took it upon himself with his stethoscope around his neck to corner me by the stairs yell and scream at a woman he did not know telling me "I thought you were going to the hospital, don't drive in my neighborhood again, told me he knew who I was and would come find me if I ever came to this office again." Austin Stack was not my doctor nor my Physician Assistant yet looked through my medical charts which is against the law to find out my name and address. I went back into the office and spoke with Diane the Office manager about the incident and she told me she was already aware of the incident and she would speak with him. It was as if the entire staff helped facilitate this...the level of disgust and unprofessionalism that I witnessed today was unfathomable. Do not come here your HIPAA rights will not be respected. Austin, should not be allowed to practice medicine. I have filed and mailed a complaint to NY State Department of Health (office of professional medical conduct), A police report, NY Attorney general and the BBB. Austin did not think before he took it upon himself to corner and threaten a woman and thought I was just some child he could scream at. I am a Marketing professional and will put this up on every site where your name is mentioned and my husband is an attorney. I hope you think twice before threatening patients that were not your patients and going through there medical records.

He is fabulous - love him!!! Check him out. He is a PCP, and he specializes in geriatrics, so perfect for seniors. I wish I had discovered him sooner! Well worth the 35 minutes each way drive.

Dr. Hassan is not only an incredible doctor, but an incredible human being. Not to mention her…read moreoffice staff. They are there always in support of their patient's needs. They are quick to respond and the follow-up is beyond what I have ever experienced anywhere. Dr. Hassan treats my 95 year old mother. She personally cares for her well-being. She is treated with respect and dignity. Just because she is 95, nothing is taken for granted or does anyone in the office ever respond, "Well she's 95" and dismisses her. I can't say enough about Dr. Hassan and her support staff. They even remember my mother's date of birth when I call! Never has she received such treatment and never have I experienced. Most of her doctors put her ailments off due to her age. Not Dr. Hassan. I recommend Dr. Hassan for any age you are. A+++++++++

I was born in this hospital. I went to this hospital for a work injury. And I will give them credit…read morethat the renovation is nice, and the care in most usually great. However, a family member went recently with symptoms of a stroke. They took a CT scan, which is inconclusive for a stroke. And sent him home, the same night, not able to walk on his own, and with very high blood pressure. They told me he did not suffer a stroke and that it's just general weakness from the arthritis he has in his knee and hip. Flash forward 5 days later. We visit a doctor who tells us to go back immediately, bc he did in fact suffer a stroke and must get an MRI done immediately. They misdiagnosed a stroke. With all the signs in the hospital that claim they're #1 in this regard, they should be ashamed of themselves. Needless to say. He's back there where the doctor told us to go. It took them an additional 33 hours to give him the MRI. Which is inexcusable according to multiple hospitals on LI that I have called asking about this. Unless they're trying to cover their tracks for the 5 day blunder on their part. I would normally wait to post a review, but ANYONE who fears they suffered a stroke should not use this hospital as they're negligent and delayed treatment during a very critical time because of malpractice.
